Best Dryer!

Love this machine that I bought it twice! We moved across country and we had gas hookup at our old place and electric at our new so we sold our old one and bought a new one when we got here. I didn’t even need to research other machines; I knew how much I loved this one and re-purchased!

Good tech washing machines

Love my washer

Great features

I bought this washer a few months ago and I’m so happy I did. It has been such a wonderful upgrade. Cleans really well. I absolutely love that it notifies my phone when the laundry is done.

We have had our washer for a couple weeks, it is replacing another similar LG washer which was about 10 years old and was problem free. Replaced because we wanted an LG ventless heat pump dryer and this matches it.

Stopped working 3 times in less than 1 year

It is out of warranty because we purchased it a few months before we were able to install, so we’re having issues a third time and we will now have to pay since it is out of warranty. Be careful buying this product

I have owned this washer dryer set for 66 days. With my purchase, I got an extended warranty. The washer work flawlessly for 33 days of ownership. Then it failed. The extended warranty with Lowes does not go into effect until after the manufacturer warrantee (understandable). LG has the worst customer service and repair of any product I have owned. They set me up for a repair appointment 2 weeks after the call for warranty. Which is understandable. But, the repair company never called or...

Happy with LG machines

I looked at the reviews of this machine and liked the features and ratings. So I decided to buy the LG washer and dryer. I wish the cycle finished signal was a little louder.

WiFi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit 3 months ago and I’m having issues with it going offline. As well as my lg refrigerator. I have no issues with my home WiFi something needs to be corrected with lg.

Nice washer

I bought this washer in April and so far I'm pleased. It has several wash cycles to choose from and pretty simple to use. I do have two things that I'm not happy with, 1 is the drum light goes out quickly before I unload a wash and the other issue is you have to set the dial to cold because after every wash it turns off, I believe this is for cold water rinse which I prefer.
