Failed in 2 years after great care

Such a disappointment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every load needs 3 Wash cycles. It will need to be leveled repeatedly. The lg “features” nfc tag, wifi, apps, and smart diagnosis are a complete waste of time. Save yours and your money. I purchased a year ago.

Very efficient

Big loads do not always get completely dried. Especially elastic bands and other parts of clothing where there is layered material 2. The bulk setting gets sheets and towels nice and fluffy 3. The washer needs to stay open when not in use (both the soap drawer and the door) to prevent the smell of milde...

Great Washers

I didn't want the sidekick washer, didn't think I would use it, but I am so glad we bought both. The main washer has all the functions you could ever want and the sidekick is perfect for delicates or small loads. Very happy with our purchase and would recommend for other buyers.

There are plenty of wash and dry cycles to choose from too! Both units are very quiet and alerts you when they are finished. Again, we are very satisfied with our purchase and would do it again.

LG Makes the Best Washers andDryers

Front Load is NOT a good idea

Overall Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the machine for around a year. Pros: several programs that peovide a good variety, energy efficient, and easy to operate. Cons: short warranty, and HE programs not using enough water to properly clean. We usually use the bulk wash program that washes the clothes well.

It is fast but started to randomly leak water

It is under warranty and GeekSquad tech couldnt find the leak and said it has seen this as an issue for this type Of machines lately. My old one was slower but never leaked!

Great washing machine
