Very Quiet with fast wash cycles

I also like the musical signal when the cycle is completed. On the need-for-improvement side, the lighted dial is difficult to read in bright light. I have removed stains from my Grandsons clothes that his Mom brought to me, because she had no success, and thought they were ruined. The machine is easy to use and customize if necessary. The capacity is hugh and accommodates my king size bedding. Great investment!

Great washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love all my settings! I have used them all and could really tell the difference! Super large capacity and lots of different features to add on to each setting. I have printed out LG recommended suggestions to each cycle and have tried them and found already my best ones to maximize performance on each wash!

Great Size and Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 3rd home where we purchased a front loading washer. We love it. It washes well and easy to use. Love the steam option. The pedestal is nice to have too. I have never had an odor issue with my front loaders. Uncertain why others do. We recently updated our home and purchased all new LG appliances. This washer is great and we're very happy with it. It accommodates large loads easily.

Love It So Far

We also have LG models that are a couple years old in our second home and are very happy with them. I've only had this washer a little over a month but so far I'm mostly very happy with it. One thing I've had a problem with was some rugs that kept getting out of balance. I had to redistribute the load a few times and it still couldn't spin out, but ...

Great for my use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not have room for a dryer so I was thrilled that even in bad weather I am able to wash a load and hang around the house and in a few hours they have spun out so well they dry and I can put them away. Great spin and no vibration

Worst machine and worst buying experience

First day we tried to turn it on it sounded like an airplane turbine, even without any clothes inside, the banging made our heads hurt. Contacted Lowe's to return and was asked about 5 times if we had put it on its side, seriously?? So 5 times I told them their delivery left it on the rollers ready just to be rolled in. Good washer overall

Is large enough, yet not too deep to fit, is quiet and does a good job of washing and has a good spin to remove most of the water. Looks nice, has enough washing features and the light inside and the music at the end of wash is nice too.

Colors ran

I LOVE DOING LAUNDRY!!

Just ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't care for the sensing at the beginning of every cycle. Even while filling water. It does not use enough water in my opinion. The spin cycle has the spin up, spin down which is bad. The only true advantages are it's front loading and uses less water, too little of water. Doesn't clean clothes more than a top loader.
