Great Machine

i bought my machine 8 years ago and very happy. Motor just went and the service was superb and still under the LG warranty.

Disappointed

Not long after purchase the door seals started to mold/mildew no matter how much I tried to dry it after washing. Also it leaks every once in awhile, still don't know why. Alot of money spent with LG products and have never been disappointed about a purchase from them until now

Washing machine broke

It has been a week and our washing machine has not been mixed…. We have no ETA for a part, they have 1 of the 2 parts and still they don’t come and change it .

Customer wash machine is running normal again at normal full strength with no issues happened since April 2020 to install Jan. 2023

Fast and smooth

Great so far!

Love this top-load washer! Replaced my LG front load that had an odor I couldn't get rid of no matter what I did or how often I cleaned the rubber gasket! This is a huge improvement! Very large capacity. Multiple settings, and wifi helps keep track of those, as well of when laundry is done! The only thing I didn't account for is how deep the tub is! I'm only 5' tall, and can't reach the things in the bottom after the load is finished :( I have brought a large pair of rubber BBQ tongs out to lau...

so far has stood up for 14 yrs

The best washer I've had in a life time. Although finally needs a pump this washer Never fails a big family use

Mold issue

The washer seems to work fine. The problem is the rubber around the door. It collects water which molds. I have to dry it every time I wash clothes and leave the door open so it completely dries out. There was a buildup of mold in it and I used everything I found on the internet to try to get rid of it. There is still a black stain on the bottom section.

Washer repair

First time this happens to my Family and I...

...unbelievable!!! We need to pay for the repair if the sensor that supposes to indicate malfunctions and the price of the repair of a sensor, no even some core part of the equipment is almost the price of the new washer... I felt tricked...

Best Washer for Heavy Duty Cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My LG washing machine has been moved twice and still kept going just fine. This is a great for a big load of towels, rugs or a small delicate load. Always the same great performance. Only one service call was necessary and LG backed up their pledge for a ten-year warranty on the main drive motor. The LG repairmen that helped replace the motor came quickly and diagnosed the problem right away. I was back to washing clothes in a matter of days....

Could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer washes well but there is no way to soak that I can find. Water collects in the rubber seal as with all front loaders and stinks. The light casts a yellow color that makes clothes look dirty and doesn't stay on long enough
