FAST, QUIET, AND FRIENDLY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first Front-Load machine. The TurboWash really is fast and does not sacrifice cleaning performance. The large capacity is a time-saving feature. We are considering to add the Side-Kick. Suggestion: Turn the signal volume up (otherwise you may not know when the wash is completed - a really quiet machine). The plethora of innovations contribute to the already User-Friendly design and multitude of useful functions. As a "germophobe",...

Works perfectly, including the load balancing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer was delivered about six weeks ago, and it works wonderfully. A typical load takes only about 37 minutes. Unfortunately, six weeks ago, the appliance dealers' installers also forgot to put in the screws attaching the washer to the pedestal washer I also bought, letting me test this full size washer's advertised load balancing feature, which worked perfectly. Whenever the washer started shaking while spinning, the load balancing...

Terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer a couple of months ago. Almost every time my wife put clothes in this machine it goes off balance. Yesterday it moved about a foot. It does seem to make any difference what she puts in it, the same thing happens.

Leaking water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this washer 2 years ago for a new home. Had to pay a repair man to clamp the water hose. Water was leaking all over mudroom.

washer not working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer 2 days ago and it won't turn on. I now have to have a repairman come out to see if they can get it to work. I will wait to see if my opinion of this product changes.

One week old and I love it

I've had this washer for a week now and just absolutely love it. Can't wait to get to use the steam cycle. The only problem I have is there is a drip of water that is coming out from the bottom of the door right in the middle.

So far so good...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit 13 months ago and so far has been trouble free. Once a month we empty out the reservoir and clean the filter. Wipe down the door seal and leave the detergent tray and main door open when not in use to help extend life of the seals.

Great product!

Great washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second washer from LG. Both have been great (the last one stayed with the house when it was sold). This washer is easy to use. I love the feature that keeps the door partly open when not in use so that the inside drys out and prevents mildew. I wish there was a option to order the door to open from the left side. Our dryer is not stacked so it would be easier to move the laundry to the dryer (on the left of the washer).

Works great

So far good

Going on one year. Did some research and found they were rated well, so we bought them. Quiet and they work very well, love the look as well. Lowes customer service was amazing, LOVE that place over the other big box depots.
