Worst machine ever

This machine is terrible. I have tried every setting possible and none have washed or dried my loads successfully. Wash and dry is the worst thing ever created. 6 hours to wash 4 pairs of pants that came out extremely wrinkled and at least 2 sizes too small!! This unit was in my home when I moved in and would go in the dumpster if I had a choice. I'm in my 30s and washed my clothes for at least 20 years and feel like a stupid bachelor idiot that can't wash his laundry because of this horrible ho...

Easy to use

I bought this to replace an older model. Ease of use is going great no issues in using.

LG 4.5 CU. FT. ULTRA LARGE CAPACITY TURBOWASH WASH

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our LG 4.5 CU. FT. ULTRA LARGE CAPACITY TURBOWASH WASHER worked very well for 6.5 years. We were very disappointed to find out it required repairs where the repair cost was almost as much as a new washer after relatively light to medium use by primarily 2 people.

Great LG Front Loader Washer

Had to have our first service call on it recently and the LG customer service folks and the repair man who came were great! Very happy with our purchase!

Good warranty service!

I have had my washer for quite some time now. Love how you have the ability to buy warranty packages within 7 years of purchase. Always loved front load washer. Maybe cause I grew up with them. Always thought it cleaned better if you can maintain it regularly. Overall love my washer and dryer.

Not good

Always stinks, even when let door open always. Seal area gets super gross. Fabric softener dispenses as soon as you add it or always full of water. No way to do just a normal load because you can't turn off turbo on cotton wash. Only lasted 4 years before the motor quit and getting repairs under warranty is next to impossible in my town. Will never buy another Lg.

Great Washer

The only thing I still haven't been able to get to work is setting up the phone app. I have to let you know I haven't had the time to contact customer service. But I would tell everyone to purchase this washer even without the app working its awesome.

Great Washer

Now 6 years old had many repairs, now computer board failed burning smell through out the house. Next one will not be LG.

Solid machine

Poor durability

Purchased in 2017, needed to replace in 2021 due to bearing on rotor. In spin cycle sounded like an airplane was taking off in our laundry room. Cost of repair poor too great to justify.

Great features, but front loading washes have room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved in with the unit already installed. After a month, we had an issue with leaky values that went unnoticed, which caused a bit of water damage. The issue was easily fixed via warranty. Great high tech and energy efficient features. However, even after deep cleaning, it seems impossible to mitigate the smell. This applies generally to front loading washers, but for now I have no other complaints with this model.
