Front Load is NOT a good idea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just ordered a top loader to replace this. It doesn't clean anything. Just sprays soap and then some water. Doesn't clean. What can I say.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this washer. It is a large capacity washer, easy to use. We are very pleased with it's performance. Would definitely recommend it and we would purchase it again for sure.

Overall Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the machine for around a year. Pros: several programs that peovide a good variety, energy efficient, and easy to operate. Cons: short warranty, and HE programs not using enough water to properly clean. We usually use the bulk wash program that washes the clothes well.

It is fast but started to randomly leak water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice machine. Really fast. I am just dissapointed of this machine because just started to leak water underneath ( back side). It is under warranty and GeekSquad tech couldnt find the leak and said it has seen this as an issue for this type Of machines lately. My old one was slower but never leaked!

A washer that is a dream come true!!

The home I purchased came with a new washer and dryer. After using it for a few months I knew I had to purchase an LG washer & dryer. I'm so pleased because of the excellent features, how well built the machine is and the quality of how well my clothes come out smelling clean and fresh.

Great washing machine

Love this Washign Machine & Dryer Combo

The size is perfect and both are stacked in a closet. One of the best purchases I have made for my new home!!!!

Great Washer and Top Performer

From light weight loads to rugs this washer handles them all. We also like the feature of the door-stop, allowing the door to remain open just enough help keep the inside of the washer dry between loads. For style, we choose the silver color and they match our decor.

With my old washer, water level and washing tine is totally dependent on the person who loads thw washer. With my new washer, it weighs the load and decides the amount of water to use. Luxury

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still learning my new washer but am amazed at the options available or I can just close the door, press on and start and it automatically will take care of the basics. "Toto, Something tells me I am not in Kansas anymore." (wash day can be fun.)

Washer works, network connection sucks !!!

App to connect washer/dryer to home network is pathetic. Even LG's own techs, who have been out twice, cannot find out why it won't connect to my home network. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Great washer and dryer and tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought our washer and dryer last summer and they are fantastic. The washer is a front load with perfect features including hand wash. The dryer is quick and allows a variety of cycles. Our 55" TV is a year old. It is so clear we can see every freckle on a face. It is a smart TV that is smarter than that. My family only uses this TV because of its features.
