[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is perfect everyone love it in the house it doesn’t shake it doesn’t make noise you can put your close to wash and just sit watch tv and just get a reminder in the app that your clothes is ready to take out and the best part is inthe app you have more choices to choose of what type of clothes you want to wash choose it and just download it. Is that simple, i am in love with my new washing machine

We love this machine and haven't even tried all the features yet. I like that it seems to "think for it self" and will time the wash according to the load.

Great washer love the wireless features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago it's a great washer cleans great has wireless features I can control and monitor from my cell phone only problem is it leaks water from the fabric softener dispenser but there service department is working on fixing it but these things happen it was a scratch and dent so some time these things happen

So Clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, everything comes out so clean. And I love the large capacity,as I'm able to wash my queen size comforter.

We have had this washer for 2 years. For the past year we have noticed it smells musty- we have cleaned out the filter several times. Today I pulled the rubber door seal forward and found lots of gunk and mold. I have wiped it in the past and we keep the door on the washer open to prevent this. Super hard to clean, I’m not sure what I am going to do now!!!

Very quiet and washes faster than I expected!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my lg washer for about a month and am loving it. I have had front loaders in the past and my complaint was always the same. It seemed to take a load forever to wash! However, with this set I enjoy the fact that I can whip out the laundry. My only complaint is that the preset wash temp is warm and I prefer to wash my normal loads on cold and I still haven’t figured out a way to change the presetting and it’s a pain to change the temp...

Washer Hose with Bellow tears and leaks

The washer Hose with Bellow tears and leaks is a common problem with this machine and other LG front loaders. This machine had started to leak soon after receiving this machine. Have had to replace this hose and from what I have read, this has been a long standing problem with LG front loader washing machines. You would think by now they would have found a better system. I wouldn't waste your time with LG and look else where for a washing machine.

Wash and Wear

I'm giving this product a three because I do like the options and the ease of use. However, it's sad that after only 2 years, the letters literally smeared away on touch from around the selection dial. Read this might be from 1) harsh chemicals to clean ... nope, 2) spilled laundry detergent..seriously, this is a washing machine!!!! I expected more from the LG Brand!

Decent performance

I love this product

Very, Very loud spin cycle

The spin cycle is extremely loud. The tub has a lot of forward and aft movement, causing it to strike the washer and create a sound that resembles someone hitting a sledgehammer in my laundry room. It is balanced. There has to be something wrong internally. It is terrible. I can't run it with guests over or after the kids go to bed. Terrible.

LOVE THIS SET

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I literally researched for 3 months prior to purchasing this washer/dryer set. The steam function is amazing and it is hooked up directly to your water line. All of the features are wonderful. Laundry has never been this much fun!! I have owned the set for about 9 months now with not a single problem. Follow instructions on cleaning the washer and wiping the rubber seal to prevent mildew and buildup. Could not be happier!
