Added 5 year protection plan because this washing machine has been nothing but problems. kept leaking. had seals, soap dispenser tray & filter assembly replaced to finally fix the leaks. March 2026 started to sound like a jet engine. Bad bearing on the drum. Warranty is replacing.

Would RecommendGreat washer, has reverse spin during wash/draining/spin. I looked at other brands and pet models, but glad I chose this model. Pet hair does not get stuck in the seal like my older model LG (which was 18 yrs old). Better cleaning abililty. Highly recommend.
