Terrible. It stopped draining water just after a year, after the warranty. I tried to clear the drain pump and replace the drain pump motor, still did not work. I got tired of the hassle, gave up and bought a different brand.

Drum Bearing Problem
After less than 6 yrs use, the bearings on the drum went out. These are very costly to repair, due to the model’s design. Chose this model b/c it did not have smart features. Replaced it.

Ruining clothes
Would Not RecommendAfter about 2 weeks of owning this washer I noticed it was ruining my clothes. After googling, it said clothes were getting pinched in the drum causing it to stretch out random parts of the clothes. I called LG and they said start washing clothes on delicate cycle since my clothes must be too delicate... example, denim jeans are too delicate apparently.
