Great product, next level delivery service

Tech was great about install and coordinating delivery. Unit is large enough for big loads, but compact enough to fit in our small basement. Does a great job cleaning.

I've only had this washer a week, but it has been great. I love how quiet it is and the spin cycle really gets the water out of the clothes so my dryer dries the clothes better.

When buying a washer take the 4 screws out on each

I did not like that it wants to walk and shake so bad when it's time to spin the water off of the clothes. Im very mad because NO ONE toldme that when we get the washer home and before we start washing that we have to take the 4 screws in each corner out before we wash because if not the washer will start knocking and walking and shaking very hard. I found that out after i called the store where I bought it from and told them what was happening they then told me to call the factory so i did.

Reliable and Affordable Purchase.

After two weeks, the washer seems like a solid purchase. We wanted something in the middle as far as price and newer tech. This appliance seemed (and still seems) to meet both criteria. The clothes have come out clean, the operation has been quiet and the functionality/ease of use has been as expected.

This review sucks. And so does your AI. The first washer broke after only 8 years.

Runs very quietly

The new washer runs very quietly and does a great job handling all sizes of loads.

They at least made an effort to get it done.

The first delivery had to go back because the washer didn't work, the second delivery, the washer was damaged and they took it back. The third delivery the 2 guys that brought the machine in made sure after they installed it, that it was working before they left. So far, so good.

Wish I never bought this

I’ve owned this new washer for 1 month. It was sealed in its original box and didn’t include instructions for this model. It came with a generic manual for 10 models. No information on how to use the machine that I bought. I called LG and they said they would mail me instructions and it would take 10 days. I didn’t get them. Lowes didn’t have the instructions either. After 2 weeks, I called LG again and he apologized and said he would resend express or fast delivery. Now it’s been a month, I sti...

No instructions, on line manual does not have basic operating instructions either
