They were not Lowe's people but contractors, and they wanted to act like they didn't speak any English and one in particular was quite rude.

Would Not RecommendWith the black screen and pushing at it, to review what you need to have it do, is very difficult due to the screen has to be looked at head on, and it is located 12" below my waist, and I have to crouch down to do it. Not easy at my age, or convenient for anyone. The old one I had washed just as well, and was a big loader, and was much easier to select cycles and water levels on. To make it like this just to be "newer" is not at all welcome.
Installation
Normal wash no time indicated until the drum rotates several times. Installers cost us $240 more for no reason. They said the water shut off valve did not work so they refused to complete the install. Our plumber came over shut the valve off said it worked perfectly then he installed the unit at a cost of $240.
