So far so good, I have had for a month now. Dries well. Seeing all the water in the tank is weirdly satisfying. Don't know how much energy it's using compared to standard vented dryer, but I'm confident that in winter the ventless setup will save a lot of money by not dumping heat outside. A lot less lint/dust in the laundry room now. A lot quieter then conventional dryer. The only small con is that both lint filters are kind of flimsy, but they work well, just doesn't seem like they're going to...

Don’t waste your money.

I wish I could do zero stars. This dryer is so useless. I’ve had a service man come out to look at it, thanking maybe something was wrong with it. When I purchased it after looking at the reviews, I know that some said it takes slightly longer than a regular dryer. Because it is ventless, it recirculates the air. but it takes more than three hours to get two bath towels to a damp condition. Five T-shirts, after five hours I gave up. They were still damp. Absolutely useless.

I have a small closet in my new house for the washer and dryer, so I had to buy this compact size. I am so disappointed with this purchase, and wish I could return them. The washing machine is OK, just very small. But the dryer is useless. I don’t even use it. Washer is OK, dryer is a piece of trash.

I have been able to use this washing machine for about six months now. It works OK, it is small, unfortunately, it’s the only size I can get to fit into a little closet in my home. Would not recommend the ventless dryer

Within its first year, this dryer has had 3 service calls. It takes 3 hours to dry when it is working well. So much for energy efficiency. It has taken 9-11 hours for one load. Highly unacceptable. The ventless technology has many more improvements to be made, or this particular one is just a lemon.

Small & quiet.

We live in a mobile home so we don't have a lot of space to spare. Excluding the cheap plastic washing machines from China, this was the smallest washing machine we could find. Also it's a lot more quiet than the ones used at the laundromat.

Really love this dryer. I needed a ventless dryer that would fit under the counter, and there aren't very many options. LG's good reputation with laundry appliances is ultimately what influenced my decision to go with this unit and the matching washer. Most of my loads take 1.5 hours, whether that's a mixed load, towels, or bedding. Very rarely I might have a load take 2+ hours, like thicker bedding or new towels that still have a lot of lint. Quiet & Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very satisfied with our new washer. Works quietly and efficiently. Many settings cover every washing need. A little tricky to change settings from the defaults, but once you do it a few times it becomes second nature.

This dryer is excellent!

Recently bought this dryer and a lot of people say things come out damp. They sort of feel like that when you reach in a grab on, but by the time you shake it out and start folding you realize it isn't. It doesn't over dry everything the way normal dryers do. So they are less wrinkled and will probably last longer as a result.

Great Performance

I have been using the washer and dryer for several weeks. They are both performing great. Clothes are nice and clean. The dryer gets all my clothes dry and soft. Just love the performance. Recommend to anyone looking for quality.

SMARTY PANTS!

I needed a compact, stackable washer and dryer to fit into my master closet. I also needed a set that was ventless to meet my HOA standards. This set hit all of the marks! I love the app and the notifications that I get so I don’t forget to switch a load. I’m also very happy with the inside of the drums, there are no concerns about snagging fabrics or worries for delicate loads.

Incredible drying without exhaust!

The removal of the tank is effortless and a great feature when you live in apartment. The cotton fabrics like jeans dry softer without adding fabric softeners!
