Excellent washing work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with my new washing machine. The way it clean the whites with the basic cycle is wonderful. Whites are brighter!

Great small size washer

We got this a few weeks ago and it’s great. The spin cycle almost drys the clothes completely. It’s easy to use and it has plenty of options.

A defective product when compared to competitors

the set up was fraught with problems and the machine is far inferior to the Miele washer than it replaced.

Best ventless

Purchased approximately 1 month ago and couldn’t be more pleased. My experience with a competitors ventless dryer was less than desirable. My new LG Thin Q dual heat pump is performing better than expected. I believe the secret is to directly install the condensate hose directly into the drain. Clothes dry quickly.

Love my new washer!

I am very happy with my new washing machine! It was a shock at the size at first but I was so tired of my old w/d not fitting in my laundry room. It’s too small for large size w/d. Soooo, its efficient, love the cycles and compact it awesome!

LG electric clothes dryer is saving me money!

We bought our LG electric clothes dryer a few weeks ago mostly because we didn't have venting available. In addition, we have a solar array with battery storage and it made sense to take advantage of that. This dryer is smaller than previous gas ones but it seems to dry pretty well as long as it's not over loaded. There are lots of loading options and it has a smart feature that will turn off when the clothes are dry. Design is very modern (and attractive) and we hope to use it for many year...

I am a believer!

Have owned the w/d pair for two months, other than the dryer making an occasional odd noise, they work wonderfully. I put a new metal roof on my home, and removed the roof dryer vent. I was worried I made the wrong decision to go with a ventless dryer, but I took the leap of faith. The units work great, no complaints at all. Since I am now a believer, I have ordered the ventless wash tower. I hope they work as well as these do. The wash tower is 120v vs the 240v on this model. Will review once ...

Died one day after warranty ended

Terrible. Heavily leaked water one day after the warranty ended. Installed on 4/29/2022, died on 4/30/2023.

Bought because I could use wifi. But they can’t get me connected.

Horrible - DO NOT BUY

purchased the front load LG stackable small washer dryer. The washer gets an E1 error almost every time I use it. Example, a queen sheet and two small kitchen towels…gets out of balance and stops cycle. You must reach in and pull out the laundry dripping and soaking wet, put it back in and start again. So forget “remote” running from your smart phone. (Who does that anyway?). So when this happens sometimes the door will mot unlock so you have to cancel the load. Nice Washer

We bought this after our previous washer stopped working. The features are great. I like the ThinkQ app. It is nice to have downloadable cycles. It would be nice to program my own cycles though.

Modifications difficult

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cannot recommend for Seniors! Small size is perfect but normal wash has default settings of warm wash when I would prefer cold and high spin when I want medium. I successfully changed the settings but after each wash it returned to the default settings. Older people want to set it and forget it.

Fantastic dryer and now truly ventless

Great little dryer

I bought this compact dryer due to the narrow staircase leading into my basement. I researched for months and found this to have the best overall performance at an affordable price. I’ve had the dryer for a few weeks now and done a few dozen loads of laundry. It works well and does a great job. The only downside is that the ventless dryer does take a lot longer to dry a load and also the lint filter alert is sort of annoying. Horrible

Do not buy! Can take up to 6 hours to dry a load of laundry!!! And stuck with it as there is nothing mechanically wrong with the ventless dryer!

Very disappointed

I needed a small washer and this is what LG had. Consumer Reports rated LG washers highly but compared to my 19 year old Frigidaire it fails. Way less choice for water temperature, cycles and clothes are still wet at the end of every cycle.

Great product

I bought the earlier model of this and it lasted nine years with heavy use. This new dryer has even better features and the price only increased $150 more than the dryer I bought nine years back. Great job LG

Very Good Product

Owned the previous model of the same machine which died after nine years. This newer model is an upgrade. Works quieter, the new machine is smaller in outside size but still holds the same capacity as the old model. Great for small spaces.Just wish it was a little less expensive.Wifi features are not needed but an extra bonus.

Honestly not that happy with the dryer

It doesn’t dry a small load in less than 2-3 hours. I’ve done all the troubleshooting and nothing was amiss in installing or lack of emptying the filter.
