Quiet, Efficient and Compact

A Compact Powerhouse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used for a month now. Purchased to be able claim part of my entry as a mud room by stacking this powerful duo. This washer gets clothes and cleaning rags cleaner than any of my prior full size washers. The variety of settings is helpful given running smaller load sizes. It's very quiet, and there is no vibration upon spin cycle.

It is compact and low to the ground. If you were tall you would probably want a pedestal to raise it up. Appears to be very efficient with water and soap consumption.

Perfect Function and Fit for Apartment Laundry

I am familiar with the excellent quality and longevity of LG washers, therefore this brand was my only choice when purchasing a new washing machine. I only use cold water and it quietly completes the cycle with clean results. I especially appreciate its Speed Wash option that only takes 30 minutes! The compact size is perfect for an apartment with limited space complemented by stacking it with an LG dryer.

Works Fine, cannot find replacement lint filter

I bought this dryer in June 2021. It takes a long time to dry clothes, but works fine. Sometimes with mixed loads, the towels will come out moist. Towels should be dried separately on the towel setting. There are two lint filters which must be cleaned between each cycle. I have not been able to find replacement filters. This concerns me as eventually these filters will wear out or become damaged.

Prefect size

Leaked after 10 months

I liked this unit until it started leaking. In less than 1 year. Calling to get it repaired.

The matching dryer has lots of room but unfortunately it would take several loads in order to fully take advantage of all that room. Cleaned the clothes fine but disappointed by how little room there is compared to the dryer

Getting service was confusing but once I did a repair person called right away - came out and took care of it promptly. Everything was covered under the warranty. I’ve been using it for a month since, and I like it a lot. I keep learning new things about it that make it even better.

Best dryer I've owned!

I've been using the dryer several times per week for over a month without a single issue. The ventless feature is a real perk in my small space. The many, many options are a plus.

Perfect size for my space

Luv that it does not have to be vented!

It fits nicely in my closet space, works very well and does not require the amount of time actually reflected on the monitor--which brings me to the reason I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5--I'm unable to figure out how to adjust the time it takes to dry. Every time I have used it, the clothes are dry long before the time displayed is up.

Excellent Product!

Having a heat pump instead of using conventional drying gives me peace of mind over not having to worry about lint building in the dryer vents. I also love that it's quiet!
