Love it!

The app is a really great feature that tells me when the tub needs to be cleaned, how much energy it’s used, and allows you to download extra cycles. I have a very tight space (what used to be a coat closet) and it fit perfectly.

Ventless dryer

I wanted a ventless dryer so I didn't have to sledgehammer the basement wall to open up the old vent that was cemented shut and wasn't used for years before I moved in. I love the many features of drying options. I waited almost 4 months for this dryer through Best Buy...long aggravating story there...but very happy I stuck it out. Very happy with it! I think it might take a little longer to dry things but wrinkles are few and far between and it even has a wrinkle cycle to get rid of them! ...

Very disappointed and will never buy another LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely disappointed. The dryer doesn’t dry! After hours of circulating using electricity, items are as wet as the were when inserted. It’s worthless! And there is no one in the area to repair it according to LG

Surprise

I bought this a little over a month ago and I'm tickled pink (whatever that means) I previously owned a heat pump drier (not LG) that only lasted two weeks and I went through a year of aggravation trying to get it fixed. With my LG dryer, I've done over 40 loads already and I am pleased, particularly how quiet it is. Compact, ventless and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a compact ventless dryer to accommodate a space and this machine has been everything I needed it to be. If the load size is right it doesn't take that long to dry at all. The washer spin cycle takes a lot of the water out and this dryer does the rest. Expensive but can't find a better value.

Compact and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a less than full size w/d and picked LG based on the specs. The machine is feature rich, more than necessary for me but so far has been ideal in its location and can clean almost a regular machine full size load though not recommended. It was expensive but I couldn't find a better value for the dollar.

Must have home appliance!

I bought this because our condo requires a ventless dryer and this is the best ventless dryer out there. It has a high tech features and very quite and depending on the fabric it will dry accordingly

Great dryer but will it last?

Doesn’t dry

This dryer takes hours to dry clothes. My electric bill has gone up drastically since using this dryer. I wish I kept my old dryer

User Friendly

Great dryer and user friendly! Front load access is the best.

Super quiet and CLEAN clothes

Our new LG washer is so quiet. And maybe I am imagining things, but the clothes seem cleaner too.

Washer minimize the need for ironing

Clothes come out extremely clean with only a tablespoon of detergent. The quick 30 minute wash works majority of time Just be sure installer gets machine level otherwise noise is horrible. Otherwise very quiet

Great capacity for a compact washer

There aren't many compact washing machines available, but I would say this is one of the best, good capacity, very quiet operation, good looks.

disappointed

After just one use, the drawer that holds the detergent and softener would not close. I contacted LG and they mailed a new piece. Same issue. Disappointed that something so simple could be missed by quality assurance, especially since it's such an expensive washer. You don't always get what you pay for !

Unit Sucks

This unit does not work in Apartment or Condo Buildings, it needs full 240V power and most of the multi-family buildings are 208V. Manufacturer will not take back a unit that never worked - basically I have a large paper weight that doesn't work! With no one taking responsibility for it..

No Need for an Exterior Vent

We bought this about a month ago. Our laundry room is near the middle of the house and does not have an exterior wall. The venting is over 30 feet with several right angle turns and changes in height. Due to this run drying time was excessive. This unit does not need a vent. The internal filters are so good that no lint is released into the house. I'm amazed how much water this collects from each load. Dryer great, LG Support...not!

I am super pleased with my new washer and dryer BUT the dryer is loud and I am trying to find out if this is normal. When in operation is makes a loud high pitched sound. I have gotten rotten support from LG. I have been trying to just get anyone to listen to it...I just want to know if it is a normal sound. Perfect compact washer

I bought this washer and dryer a few weeks ago. So far we are happy with our purchase. It shakes the floor a bit when it’s running but otherwise it’s very quiet and the end results are good too. It was perfect for - small space in our condo.

Intelligent
