Would Not RecommendBuy this microwave if you love pressing every button multiple times before it registers. I have no complaints otherwise, seems like a great microwave... but it's infuriating that the buttons NEVER register the first time you press them. When did companies start sacrificing functionality for "looks." I'm returning this microwave.

Would RecommendDirections and controls for reheating items is a little confusing, and takes extra steps (3) compared to my former microwave which you only needed to use one button to reheat item up to 5 minutes. Every reheat requires power level set before setting time.

Generally really great, minor inconveniences
Would RecommendHeat up real well and even with less time than my old microwave. The only negatives are needing to press the side button while pressing the open button. Its an unnecessary step and hard for younger children, taking away their independence. doesnt have quick one button time options which i founs very convenient jn other models. And the buttons require longer harder pressing than om used to.

Beware of "door" messages
Would Not RecommendI would have given it a 0 if that was allowed. This microwave has never worked. Every time I touch the Start button, a "door" error message shows (and then disappears). The light goes on, but nothing else happens. I have been through LG's troubleshooting, and was promised in Live Chat that a service person would call me, but 5 days later, I have never received a call.
