Would Not RecommendDid a lot of research like I always do before buying an appliance. This seem to have good ratings but as is so typical, you cannot often even see the appliance in the store and definitely cannot see the appliances turned on and try to use it. I was extremely disappointed that 1) the “buttons” are so poorly illuminated. It’s a black micro wave with brownish writing. Without a flashlight, I can hardly see where I’m supposed to push. Would RecommendThis LG replaces a Panasonic that lasted just over 10 years. This one has very good reviews, and the Inverter technology should work as well as the Panasonic. It fits perfectly on our countertop, looks good. We only received it this morning, so no heavy use yet. But all the functions work as expected. There are multiple power levels, and multiple one-or-two button presets for various cooking tasks. The Quick Start function is very useful for heating up something quickly.

Beware of returning items. Loss of money.
Would Not RecommendThe product is fine. What I didn't like was the loss of money when I had returned an earlier that day purchased, was about $20, when they refunded my previous purchased with NO explanation, either at the return section or on my slip. I up graded to a more expensive model.
