Basic functions work
It works, but if you plan on resetting the code often, I would suggest a different lock. Reprogramming this lock is complicated and unintuitive. We use it for our Air BNB entry door so we change the code often. I have yet to find any way to simply delete a code without having to deal with the master code, which seems unnecessarily complicated for our purpose. Adding new codes is simple, but trying to then remove an old code is a headache and at this point I regret getting this lock. I need simpl...

Not worth the money.
What frustration. After hiring someone to install this professionally it worked for a few weeks. Then it just quit. I called the customer service number and after trying everything they could think of they finally decided it was defective. ( about an hour on the phone) New item came in about 4 weeks and I thought it was going to be a simple replacement of the one part but try as I might I cannot get it to line up right. Awesome lock
Would RecommendWas easy to install and program my code. If you are replacing an old dead bolt only takes about 15 min to install this lock. Now when I work outside I don’t have to carry my keys with me.

Has mind of its own
Would Not RecommendAfter installing and entering codes the lock would just turn on like it wanted to unlock. It would do this almost every 2 minutes. Troubleshooting guide doesn't mention this issue so I'm assuming it's defective.

Locks work well, CS does not
Would RecommendInstalled both dead bolt locks and door knob locks. Easy to do with exception noted below; good instructions; "Smart Key" is great. Only drawback: one of the shafts in one of the door knob locks are been rotated and was, therefore, impossible to insert. (I had already installed 3 prior to this problem.) Would Not RecommendEasy to install, nice looking, works well. BUT, if the main feature you are looking for is easiness of changing, adding, removing codes do not buy this one. You have to unscrew three screws and remove backplate in order

Can quickly lock up and go now
Would RecommendI had purchased a different lock which I did like but the way it fit did not work with the storm door I was putting on. I found this one with a flat profile on the front of the door so it did not interfere with the storm door handle. I was able to install the new lock myself. There was one small issue during installation that after watching a video of the installation of this lock I was able to understand what I needed to do and finished quickly.

Doesn't hold up.
Worked well until it didn't. The 4 button stopped working after 2 seasons of use. Our programming code has a 4 in it, even going back to default, the PC uses the 4 button so trying to reset has been futile. Now I have to go purchase another. Outside half is different footprint, so we will see. $110 every 2 years? Is that what I have to look forward to? I may bite the extra expense bullet and move to Schlage since all our interior locks seem to operate fine.
