Excellent garage storage system

Purchased two rails, one for each side wall and I will be purchasing two more. This is an excellent storage system topped with a lifetime warranty. Can't be beat. It looks great and is easy to install. Just measure your studs, drill your holes, and hang on the wall.

Worked great

Item worked great. Some of the hangers were either to tight or loose. Instead of taking them back or whining about them on here, just did a little DIY'r adjustments and now they are perfect. Will be going back for several more.

We just love this product

We recently reorganized our garage. Our kids have bikes and scooters and toys that take up so much floor space. To hang them all up would cost a fortune! The prices and quality of this storage system made it easier and more affordable to get the garage organized. Now I'm looking at adding some to the playroom. A little paint and they might just blend in with the decor of the house. Highly recommended. Such an amazing concept!

Poor Quality

Warped within an hour of purchase. Had to return and purchase a different brand.

Love these things!

Easy to install, rated for 75# per linear foot. The array of attachments make these so remarkably versatile that I'm considering putting them around by shed and another row in the garage. We used the triple hooks and baskets, but I would be Hesitant to put the cabinets on these in light of some of the reviews of them failing--we will see. The only improvements I can see would be a firmer "grip" on the bottom portion of the rail--they sit flush but I would prefer if attachments "locked" in. I wo...

Many of These Rails Are Warped

I settled on Kobalt for organization of hanging things against the wall like garden tools. My deciding factor was the cost of the actual hangers. The deal breaker for me is that I wanted everything to look very neat and I wanted to slide the hangers along the rails to customize for each tool. The plastic rails come in all states of warpness. Horrible Product

This product is horribly made! Bought $200 worth of this worthless product today and when I get home to install it I realize none of the rails are level they are all bowed so if you want an organization system that looks like a snake on the wall this is for you. Worthless its all going back to the store first thing in the morning!!!

Seem Pretty Functional

Bought for a new shed. Easy to put up, seems durable enough. Not too expensive

Works well

Easy to put up and they hold a lot of "stuff". I put up three of them and have all my hand tools (shovels, rakes, hoes, etc.); all y electric cords; a self with my two battery charges; my gas powered weed whacked; hand saws' etc.

Kobalt K-Rail

Have several rails installed with several kinds of hooks and they all work well. The rail is very sturdy and the hooks will hold quite a bit of weight. I like the feature that allows you to screw the hook into the wall to hold it into place. The only surprise was that the rail does not come with screws to attach it to the wall. You will need to buy some screws; however, I have lots of screws at home so this was not a big deal. I would certainly recommend this product.

Make it easy!

I needed to have this product be very simple to use. Installation was very quick and easy. It was also less expensive than the other two products that Lowes offered. Makes for a very neat way to hang lawn tools in my garage.

Great for ladders

We are using this product to hang 2 Little Giant ladders, 1 step platform, 1 creeper and 1 hitch platform (on same attachment) and we have room for something narrow. This required 2 tracks and 5 large hangers. The 2 tracks were anchored into studs. We hung this at 5 ft. So far we have had this up for a week and are very happy with it. It was a good purchase for us. We have room above the track to hang another track set to hold short items.

Quality Product

These rails seem to handle the weight. One thing I discovered is that when installing using the screws you buy with the other acccessories, it's much easier to pre-drill holes in the rail where you need them and then mount on wall. The screws are a heavier guage than typical drywall screws and I found it nearly inpossible to just drive the screws through the rail and into the stud. A lot of friction to overcome. Six screws later an organized garage!!!

I LOVE these brackets. The people that had problems probably didn't attach the bracket to each of the 3 studs in the wall like you're supposed to. The bracket is the perfect length to go across 3 studs, you put 2 scores or 3 screws at each stud. I use 2" wood decking screws. Very nice for the price

After much research I decided to install Kobalt K-rail in my garage. I liked the color, variety of attachments, and cost compared to the competitors. I have had it up for a little over a month and am very please with it so far. If you decided to purchase this buy the screws they sell regular grey drywall screws look awful against the black. It is also nice that my local Lowes keeps a good stock of rails and attachments,

get a normal shelf

Bought 1 rail and 2 "easy snap on" shelves. Each shelf is supposed to hold 35#. I used 6, 55# drywall anchors to attach the rail to the wall. Step 1, put the top bracket on the rail. Check. Step 2, "snap" the lower bracket on the rail. Easy? Not so much. I applied enough force "snapping" the shelf to the rail to pull the anchors out of the wall. I took the rail off the wall, and tried to "snap" the shelves on with a hammer. I tried to slide the shelves on the rail from the side. No luck. I have ...
