[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven takes a considerable amount of time to preheat. Chrome surface aounrd panel smudges with figure prints.for some reason.Lower slideout storage pan is a bit small . Install was a breeze. Love the sleek look.

Slow preheat times

Nice of you don’t use glass range top as it scratc

I’m constantly amazed by these appliances they truly are top of the line. Even our 23 year old grandson commented that he must be getting old because he was impressed by appliances.

They cook so evenly and consistently. It is easy to control the heat as you cook. The oven is wonderfully large with heavy duty racks. I absolutely love the extra large window in the oven. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our initial concern was keeping the cooktop clean. We ordered a cooktop cleaning and it has proven todo the job very satisfactory. Ordering the kit however was difficult and confusing. A kit should be supplied with the purchase. I learned later that a free kit was available.

A cooks delight!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Kitchenaid slide in island range in January 2024,to replace a Samsung when the oven stopped working after the third year. This range heats super fast and maintain heats. I love the large element that has 3 different sized heating elements. As a home canner, this element is s big plus. The oven is nice and roomy and bakes beautifully. It also compliments my Kitchenaid double ovens.

Disappointed in Kitchenaid

Our unit is going on five years old. We've had two repairmen look at our unit during the first year of ownership (under warranty) and were told there was nothing they could do to fix the fan constantly running and the left front burner from running so hot. I was told this unit "just runs hot." I will never believe that it's okay to boil water from a simmer. For over a year now we get the error code "E8 EO" about 90% of the time we use the oven.
