Easy to use, tough to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This attachment is so much easier than rolling and cutting by hand! My only issue is that cleaning has been difficult; even with plenty of flour, sometimes dough gets stuck in the cutters, and they dry in pieces too large to shake or roll out. Kitchenaid is sending me a replacement, because the cutters are supposed to break apart the dry dough so it comes out more easily. Hopefully that fixes the problem!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my mixer at least once a week for baking and it makes baking so easy! It does the work for you. Also have the spiralizer, pasta, and sausage attachments. Pasta is so easy to do, and impressive to your friends! We've made homemade for years with the old crank pasta maker and this was just so much FUN! I have to thank my son for starting me out with the mixer. Love you Chris!

Very easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the three piece pasta attachment as a Christmas gift to go with our new stand mixer. It takes all the work out of rolling and cutting fresh pasta with fabulous results! Our first project was to make a lasagna with fresh home made pasta. With this attachment, we were able to make the entire dish in one afternoon and serve it for New Year's Eve dinner that night!

Will never go back to boxed spaghetti again! So easy to use and clean! Would recommend this to anyone who loves making their own pasta!

Love it.. but did it break?

I've had my pasta attachments for about 3 years now. I LOVE it and use it often but I just noticed cracks in the plastic underneath. For the amount of money we spend on our mixers and the numerous attachments we all own, I don't feel like it should break this easily.

Worked Great until shaft broke

I received this as a gift last Christmas and used it to make spaghetti and fettuccini and those worked great. I used the lasagna one again make ravioli and they came out great, but the shaft broke after only the third use, are the internal parts plastic? I'm disappointed that it broke that easily especially since they seem so heavy. Not sure if it can be fixed or are the internal parts not replaceable. Not sure what kind of warranty this has, I'm guessing a year or less and I know I'm now pa...

Fun and Easy!

Making pasta is sooo easy with only 4 ingredients and this roller and cutter set. I got this for an anniversary present and I was so excited. This is a great attachment for my KitchenAid mixer. Plus fresh pasta cooks in half the time and is better for you!

Great fun and amazing pasta first time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our kids got the pasta roller set for us as a Christmas gift because they were enjoying theirs so much. Could hardly wait to get home to try it out. First batch we cut half as fettuccine and half as spaghetti. They were both amazing. Hard to imagine buying dry pasta again after that. So easy and so good, we may have to get the pasta extruded for macaroni and such.
