Ease with Excellent Results!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for myself after Thanksgiving. I LOVE it! It's easy to use, clean up and store. I always have the makings for a meal at hand, as the ingredients needed for my basic pasta recipe are just eggs and all-purpose flour. Sauces can be as simple as a good olive oil and Parmesan, or a more elaborate sauce. These attachments help me produce quality meals at a fraction of the cost of a comparable restaurant dinner!

I received this as a gift from my husband and I absolutely love it! It completely changed my pasta game. I love expiramenting with different dough recipes. So far this week we've had lobster stuffed ravioli, parmesan garlic linguini with stuffed pepper marinara and turkey noodle soup. Good thing our New Years resolution is to work out more consistently!!!

Love my KitchenAid pasta roller and cutters

I've had this 3 piece set for several years but I've only recently started making pasta frequently. I love this set. I had tried to make pasta with a hand-operated pasta machine and essentially that was a nightmare for me. These tools make it so simple, fast and easy! My fettuccine comes out silky smooth and looks professional. I was scared of pasta making for many years - but no more. If you don't have one, get yourself a good pasta dough recipe. I use: 1 egg, 2 egg yolks for every 10oz...

Plastic guides on roller and cutters cracked

I really love the pasta attachments but all of the plastic guides on all of the attachments split. I think that I can still use it but I am afraid that plastic will break off into my dough. I truly love Kitchen aide everything. I cannot imagine how this happened. I am really careful with everything. It all works well except for this. I would try another set if it was all stainless steel and guaranteed not to crack.

Pass Da Pasta

First attempt at homemade fettuccine with my new Kitchenaid Pasta Roller And Cutter set. Not bad for a first try. Was easy to use, even for this novice. Easy cleanup too. I love having the ability to make fresh pasta whenever I want it, and with just a couple of ingredients that are always on hand.

cleaning is a horrible

Makes great pasta. Takes some time and patience got you get results you can truly be proud of. But these units especially the adjustable flat roller are a total nightmare to clean. Can't just put them in the dishwasher. You have to hand clean. And there are massive numbers of little cracks and crevices you have to get into to clean. And the plastic parts fall apart almost immediately.

Pasta cutter

I was making pasta with the spaghetti cutter over the weekend and it just stopped working. It appears the rod that makes it turn sheered right off. Tried to replace the cutter and was told I had to purchase the entire set. Very disappointed

Makes fresh pasta easy!

I had never made pasta before but always wanted to. These attachments made the process incredibly easy and my whole family loved the pasta! Don’t let intimidation stop you from making the best pasta of your life.

Great set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am saving loads of time rolling out my pasta dough and have more time to rest dough prior to cutting. I have made the spaghetti and fettuccine using these attachments and what a blessing, so east to use and clean up is very easy. I just had my sister over for dinner and she watched making the pasta process with the kitchenaidproducts she went and bought an Artisan and pasta roller and cutter.

One great investment

I've always wanted one, but wasn't sure if it was worth the purchase...finally caved in and bought this recently after years of contemplating...used it once and I'm hooked...fresh pasta is the best pasta!!! I gave it 4 stars as I wish the instruction guide has recipes (such as herbed pasta, etc.) and troubleshooting techniques for pasta not to stick on the attachment, etc. as I'm a novice user of this tool. Had to do thorough research and it took time to find a recipe I could work with. Other ...
