Soooooo fun to use and the clean-up is easy!

This attachment is wonderful! Being attached to the stand mixer hub, it has plenty of clearance underneath to guide the pasta along with both hands if/when necessary, unlike the manual crank-arm countertop types. I know this attachment is going to get a lot of use.

I was eyeing this set for a while and finally a sale coincided with my birthday. So far I have tried the pasta roller and the fettuccine cutter. Both are great. I've been making pasta for a few years with an old manual machine, which was always a half-day project. With Kitchenaid, it's a breeze. Easy to use for a beginner

GOOD TOOL FOR PASTA-LOVING, CARB-CONSCIOUS PEOPLE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fresh pasta is lower in carbohydrates and the taste is like no other. My spouse is diabetic, but it is controlled. He loves pasta but is required to limit it due to his condition. After a meal with the fresh pasta, he does not see a spike in his blood sugar.

First Pasta Roller/Cutter

This is my first set of pasta equipment and made pasta for the first time with this set. It was so easy to set up and use and the pasta turned out amazing! Glad I invested in this nice one because I know I will be using it a lot.

Love the 3 piece pasta roller set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve used this a number of times along with the pasta recipe in the Kitchen Aid cookbook. Received rave reviews on the lasagne noodles, the only pasta we’ve made so far. And it is easy to use and to clean up. Love it!

Plastic Guides Crumble Away, No Longer Usable

The title says it all. The plastic guides under the roller crumbled into pieces the last time I used it. I ended up having to roll a LOT of pasta by hand. Without the guides, dough will just gather in a bunch under the rollers (along with the bits of plastic that continue to break away).

Time saver

Broke on First Try

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used our new pasta roller and cutter attachment. We had no issues rolling pasta sheets out and were happy with the results. We rolled out on setting 4 which is the recommended thickness for the spaghetti attachment. However upon feeding the first sheet into the spaghetti attachment, one of the two plastic comb “guards,” found on the bottom receded. Pasta roller and cutter set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried some of the "off brand" pasta rollers that fit KA in the past few months due to a less expensive price tag but returned them. the KA brand is very expensive according to MY budget, but I finally gave in and bought it last month. SO FAR..., it works beautifully ! Found a really nice pasta recipe and have no complaints at this time.
