I received this as a Christmas gift and I truly love it. I never imagined being able to make my own pasta but this makes the whole process easy to do. It did have a bit of a learning curve since I never made pasta before but the attachments are beautifully made and very high quality. I made fettuccine noodles and they were wonderful! Perfect pasta every time

Awesome! Worked great!

I bought this early this year and finally got it out to use it. I made very fine noodles for my noodle soup. Used my grandma's recipe and my mom and brothers said it was just like grandma used to make!!

Solid construction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The roller works great. I still need practice with the spaghetti cutter; I get some noodles that stick. The cutter doesn't turn by hand very easily when I clean it out. Not sure if that's by design or a manufacturing flaw

Defective roller

I bought this set and have used the roller twice. the plastic on the underside cracked in 8 places. this is dangerous and I am disappointed with the quality. I see from other reviews that I am not the only one with this problem. This is a defect in the manufacturing of the product.

Plastic inside cracked

So disappointed - this worked wonderfully for several years but when I last used it the plastic inside of the roller cracked and started shredding the pasta. I see from the reviews that this has happened to other people and that it is not repairable. I'm not sure if you can just buy the roller separately, but it seems a shame to just throw this one away.

EASY TO USE

I bought the 3-Piece Pasta Roller & Cutter Set with some birthday money. I always thought making homemade pasta would be too complicated, but I was wrong. First time making spaghetti with this was so easy and SO GOOD! I will never be buying pasta again. The recipe is so easy and you always have the ingredients. It's a good feeling to know what's in the food you eat.

Great Product

Bought this a couple of weeks ago, and absolutely love it!! Used the recipe in the book, and will never buy pasta from the store again. Easy to use, and clean up is a breeze. Wish I would have bought this years ago. Can't wait to use the Pasta Extruder to make macaroni, and rigatoni.

Easy to use and fast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was nervous to try making pasta myself, but this made it very easy. The only minor complaint is the knob to control the speed on the rollers is tricky to click into place when you change speeds.

Wish the spaghetti was round

My family and I have so much fun making pasta with these attachments. One disappointment is that the spaghetti comes out flat and not round. Can you call it spaghetti if it is flat? It is the same shape as ramen noodles. I wish there were round shapes available. Also, I can't get the pasta out of the inside of the spaghetti attachment so it sounds like a baby rattle.

Got it to work on the first try!

I read the manual like a good boy, it was short and most things are obvious. Instead of shifting the flower I just used a whisk to blend in the salt so to fluff it up a bit to break up any clumps of flour and to add air before adding the eggs and water. You will need a drying rack before you start. Cleaning the parts was easier than I had originally expected.
