Not one of Kitchenaid's best appliances.

I own many Kitchenaid appliances and bought this based on their quality. I was so disappointed with it. Toast would burn up because the toaster did not pop up the toast. Took it back immediately.

Nice product

Sleek Toaster

The bread I use is a bit small so I really love the manual lift, which I've never had in a toaster and always had to use a knife to get the bread out. So this is extremely functional for me. Hot Toast

Poor toaster

We received this toaster as a present last Christmas. It will not toast on any setting but high and then you still receive an untoasted piece of bread. A couple of time we have received a charred offering! This has been the worst toaster we have ever had. Now we need to buy two toasters. Any advice anyone?

This is an awesome toaster

We purchased this toaster about five years ago, I love the quality, it’s a very durable toaster. The only problem we have had is the handle broke after about 2yrs, so I super glued it, & it has held since. The bread or bagels are always toasted to perfection according to the selected color. I don’t think I would change anything about the performance/ toasting output or the quality of this toaster, but I would like to decrease the time it takes to toast the bread.

does a good job but cheap lever

I really Like the toaster but the lever broke and now I have to use a needle nose pliers to lower bread.this part needs to be beefed up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The manual lift lever is great. You don't have to worry about burning yourself trying to get a piece of bread out. It lifts the bread out for easy access. Very easy to keep clean, inside and out.

Disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a good experience with our previous KitchenAid toaster (lasted over 10 years), but this one was disappointing. It practically burned toast on the lightest setting, and did so unevenly as well. A factory replacement was no better.

Great decision

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old toaster quit on us, with no warning. While researching what to buy, I came across the Kitchenaid. The reviews were good and my wife loved the red and stainless combination. We already own a red Kitchenaid 6 quart mixer, so the toaster blends in well. We both are impressed with the functions and the finished product. I would/will highly recommend.

Super Cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was replacing my 10 year old Oster (as I am becoming a Kitchenaid snob) and found this one. I really wanted the upgraded one, but for the price and the amount of usage, this is a great toaster.

Wonderful products

We recently had to replace another kitchen aid toaster. It had to have been over 25 years old! I guess we got our monies worth? We are very happy with the new toaster and love the bagel side being extra wide!
