Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I BROUGHT THIS IN DECEMBER OF 2017 AND PUT BREAD IN IT AND WAS VERY PLEASED QITH THE RESULTS OF THE TOASTER. THIS TOASTER HAS A CRUMB TRAY UNDER THE BOOTTOM AND I FOUND THAT VERY CONVENIENT. I REALLY APPRECIATE THE KITCHEN AID PRODUCTS.

I hate the loud beep when the toast is done.
Would Not RecommendThe loud beep when the toast pops up scares me every time. There is no need for a beeping sound, and I can not find a way to turn off. Quality seems poor because even though outside is stainless steel, lever function feels cheap.

Consistently burns toast
Would Not RecommendOur Kitchenaide toaster consistently burns the toast, even when set at 1 for darkness level, unless you pop it up and turn the bread around. Very unhappy with this product..

lever keeps breaking

Would Not RecommendI have purchased this toaster a couple years ago and put up with it because I don't want to create more garbage. It is slow and not consistent. The first two slices are usually too light while the next two are usually almost burnt with the same setting. I start on 2 and reheat for about one minute or longer. It has as much control as a campfire toaster.
