Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its been a year since I have this toaster. I am very disappointed with its so intense power to hit. I always get my breads almost burned in shade 1. So is impossible to use the other shades. I would like to know how i could reduce its power rating.

Great product
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is an awesome product, you can put Texas toast or a Bagel in it with the confidence of it not getting stuck like most toasters. Easy to use. You can walk away the toaster beeps so you know it done, which is a great feature for a busy person.

Perfect Toast Every Time

Very disappointed in the toaster
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even on the lowest setting we have to watch the bread or dinner rolls and manually release them to prevent them from burning. This model has very poor control over the toasting elements. We purchased it for its simplicity but it does not toast properly without standing over it to make certain that the bread or dinner rolls do not burn. That definitely is not simplicity.
