No mystery to use.

This dishwasher was designed for everyday user not a high tech engineer designer that didn’t use ia dishwasher daily. The door can be left open any amount and does NOT slam back on your hand.like the first one I purchased. Bigger, easier to load, sturdier, user friendly and not over engineered.

Horrible lower rack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lower rack of this dishwasher must have been designed by monkeys. The wide space for pots and pans in the middle of the rack is senseless. The store model I checked out before buying, must have been an older model because it had adjustable tines and this model does not. I would not recommend buying this model.

Better than I had hoped

I run the dishwasher at night before going to bed; the door pops open, and when i get up, everything is completely dry. I rarely have to run it every day, snd it still gets everything sparkling clean.

SUPER QUIET- cleans well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher about 3 weeks ago to replace my almost identical Kitchen Aid dishwasher that needed replacing. I cannot explain how QUIET this dishwasher is! We can run it and barely even hear it. It has been cleaning great. I LOVE the third rack on top. It is slightly different than my previous model and doesn't hold as many cups in the third rack but I'm okay with that. So far- it's been working great!

Kitchen Aid dishwasher

Very roomy and quiet! The one thing I don’t like is the time it takes to wash a load. It is almost twice the time from the old one. Overall a good machine. I hope it lasts a long time!

Good but slow

Extremely Happy Choosing this Model

I needed to replace my 11y.o.Kitchenaid dishwasher and chose the KTDS324SPS with some hesitation. My old was her had two racks and I feared that the third rack would prevent me from using it for my large plates and wine glasses however, that isn’t an issue. Quiet and effective

But after a week or two I knew just where to put each type of item. I especially like how it handles cutlery, with the slots to keep everything separate instead of nesting. Soooo quiet

I do wish it had tines on the entire bottom rack, but I can see the benefit of getting larger items to fit better without them.
