[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After tons of research, I decided on KitchenAid. Like all appliances these days, this dishwasher is geared toward the tech savvy generation. Have had to turn to YouTube for instructions and answers about certain features as, apparently, no customer service exists. Chat feature appears to be a joke as it is always inoperable and phone number limits calls to ordering or scheduling repairs. Big failure!

Cleans better than ever!

Do NOT Buy!!! Warranty service is TERRIBLE!!!

I purchased this dishwasher in October 2025 and loved it until it suddenly stopped working after 3 months. Since it was still under the initial warranty I had to use a service company that KitchenAid has a contract with and not my local appliance repair company whom I purchased this from. A technician diagnosed the problem as a faulty control panel and had to order the part. After 2 weeks he returned to replace the control panel only to tell me it wasn't actually the control panel - it was t...

3 Months old and it broke

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it 3 months ago and it turned off mid cycle. Don’t power back on. Has zero power. Warranty guy came out and said it needs a new fuse maybe and won’t get back for another week. Huge PITA. Cleaned and dried dishes well and was quiet aside from that.

Good & Not So Good

However, one of my reasons for purchasing this is the ability to remove the upper racks to fit large items. Unfortunately, it's rather difficult to reinstall the racks after removing them, and the owner's manual is absolutely useless as far as instructions. Excellent Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dishwasher! It is so quiet and at times we forget that the dishwasher is even running. The dishes and glasses come out perfect. What a surprise to find out that at the end of the dry cycle, the dishwasher door opens on its own to allow the steam out of the dishwasher. You will not be disappointed if you purchase this dishwasher.

The Dishwasher of my Dreams

Sometimes some dishes would need a second round of cleaning and it was always loud enough that you knew exactly what part of the cycle it was on, but we were just used to it. Then we got THIS dishwasher. Out brains cannot comprehend how this machine works. It has so much space we can fit in twice as many dishes as the old one. Love this dishwasher

It’s so quiet. I love the third rack also and i use it more than I thought I would. It has great features and I like that the door opens at the end of the cycle to let the steam escape and the dishes cool down faster. We have been using it about 5 weeks now and at this point I would buy it again

Great replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit a month ago to replace the old unit that jad died. Looked at several different options as the replacement and liked the Kitchenaid best. Door handle, stainless steel interior, flexibility of loading trays (including the third tray) and the quietness of the unit.
