Too many issues in a week

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] During the first week of use, a lever on the top right side popped out and we couldn’t get it to go back in. It was blocking the door from being closed so we couldn’t use it. Nothing in the manual addressed the problem but my daughter found a post of Facebook that said “apply 30 lbs of pressure and push close” we did and it closed and we were able to use it again. The very next use, it had a E4 error message. We have a warranty and called them...

option for location of utensil holder needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good dishwasher but the utensil holder is in the wrong place. On the right side is a BAD IDEA! My sink is on the left of the dishwasher, I have to pull out the whole dish drawer to access the back of the utensil holder to add utensils, it should be in the front or at least give the owner the option as to where they would prefer this utensil holder to be.

need better manuals shipped with the washer

just got the system installed had a hard time installing the washer. because the install manual was in complete. Had to go on line and print out the full installation manual. in other words needs more and better manuals included with the new product. there was a piece of metal peal off tape that said see install manual on how to use in several languages the manual with the washer said nothing. MFG control in not doing there job.

Just okay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am disappointed in the Kitchen Aid. I had one years ago and loved it, but this new one does not live up to the one I had before. It's not really that quiet and the stainless steel is not high quality. The express wash is still a very long time and the options are limited. It's just okay, but I guess they just don't make things like they use to.

Mostly happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this KitchenAid dishwasher to replace my broken Bosch. It is much quieter than my Bosch, which I appreciate however it does not clean as well. I’ve had to rewash items not with dried own food, but spaghetti sauce. The dishwasher has not been crowded. I have found that if I put the sanitizer cycle on, it does clean all the dishes. However, the cycle is almost 4 hours. I do like the three rats.

Great Dishwasher

So far I am very pleased with the quietness and very clean dishes. This model has many features that I will probably never use but am glad to have if I decide to use them. This machine is the beginning of upgrading my small kitchen with new KitchenAid appliances. Thank you KitchenAid.

Worth every penny

My heart is happy knowing that dishes go in dirty and comes out clean every time. Having the door pop open to let steam out is great. No wet dishes to deal with. Great value at a great price. KitchenAid knew the assignment and delivered awesome results!

We’ve had KitchenAid for 20 years

We settled on KitchenAid due to features and price and known longevity. The new one is quiet, provides good use of space, and does a flawless job of cleaning.
