Kitchen Aid has good quality kitchen appliances

Has all the features we wanted. Very, very quiet - you barely tell it is on. Installer was friendly and efficient. Our last Kitchen Aid lastt for 29 years; let's hope this one does well too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is replacing a similar, loved KitchenAid dishwasher that bit the dust after 8 years (door hinge broke, too expensive to repair). Our new one washes equally well, and is almost as quiet...BUT the cycles take much longer (over 3 hours vs. 2 on our old model), and it simply doesn't dry quite as well. These are the only drawbacks for us on a premium-priced product.

We had really good luck with the previous washer and I was hopeful that the Kitchenaid would be as good, if not better. Super-quiet and sparkling clean dishes!

No user manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is definitely very quiet and it gets the dishes very clean. I would have loved a PAPER user manual. I am having trouble figuring out how to load the dishes.It seems there is not as much room as my old Frigidaire dishwasher. I picked it out to try to match the outside of my GE Cafe appliances. I should have paid more attention to the inside.

The best dishwasher

Great Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got our KitchenAid a month ago. It’s been working great we love the way it gets everything nice and clean. Our silverware to our glassware come out sparkling. Same detergent, much better results!

ProsandCons

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: It does a good job of washing the dishes; there is plenty of room; the third rack is nice; the silverware basket is nice. Cons: There is no printed manual and the online instructions are minimal; items on the top (third) rack are not always clean and not as dry; the bottom rack is not anchored well and tends to slide out too fast and off the track; it is tricky and confusing to start, because there are not enough instructions.
