Ice maker broke immediately

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My ice maker is completely broken and falling out of the freezer. As a result, not only do we not have ice, I can’t shut the freezer door. The repairman says that he can’t get parts to fix this from kitchenaid! I’m soooo angry!!

Great looking refridgerator

New kitchen aid 3 door fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a very nice looking French door fridge, it’s a counter depth model, lots more room than my old LG, my only two issues , the doors don’t close easily, they need to be pushed with intent. Second the ice from the ice maker when you open the fridge door falls behind the shelves. Kind of a pain in the as-. But that said over all we like mostly everything else.

Beautiful Fridge, horrible process

The refrigerator is a good size. I do wish the freezer was a little bigger. The design is modern and sleek. I love look especially the door handles. The refrigerator was delivered with multiple scratches. I informed Lowe’s and was told that they could not replace it with the same one because they did not have any more in this model. My first Kitchaid

I like the spaciousness and inside water dispenser. Ice machine works great but I manually turn it off to prevent overflow. LOVE IT...BUT...

It's easy to organize my perishables and the counter depth means I don't have to "dig" to find things that I'm looking for. BUT... there are no instructions how to adjust the temp in the fridge or freezer, other than touching the icon on the door (which I bump on a regular basis). If I touch the fridge button, it only RAISES the temp and there are no instructions on how to lower it. I would appreciate any update...

Great refrigerator

After twenty years I finally have a new refrigerator. It is sleek and amazingly bright. My husband has dementia and it is easy for him to find the water and ice. Love the finish. I now have a Kitchen aide kitchen.

I particularly like the layout of the shelves in the refrigerator section. However the freezer section is pretty small, and not many options for storage. This is our first one with no water/ice in door. I like the clean look this provides. Getting water from inside is not as awkward as I suspected. Only one issue I wish I had noticed before...

Quiet and beautiful refrigerator

Love the space and sleek design. The temperature control is spot on, keeping everything fresh and consistent. It produces a great amount of ice for our family’s daily use. Overall, we absolutely love this new addition to our home!

Worst refrigerator I've ever purchased

Victim of poor design and faulty equipment. 1 day - defective ice maker. Call the warranty office. Very nice, polite, understanding people. They put me in contact with a local repair company. Horrible scheduling, unreliable technicians and my brand new refrigerator is still not fixed ! Avoid this brand. It's not worth the head...

Good space and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it a couple of weeks ago. I like the pull-out, larger drawer that has wood on it. Roomy. I don't use the water feature much as I have an RO, but for those who want cold water, I am sure that is great.

Ice machine makes screaming noise and drops ice..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice making mechanism is flawed by design. Two issues: 1/ Makes a crazy high frequency noise any time it automatically disposes ice... which last for 10-15 seconds but is so loud it wakes you up, 2/ the ice drawer is flawed by design - as you pull it, ice drops from the bucket and falls everywhere outside.

counter depth, no door water/ice maker

Counter depth is smaller but with the ice maker in the freezer (not on refrigerator door) there is about the same refrigerator room as a standard size with a door water/ice maker
