Love this KitchenAid Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator replaced a larger french door refrigerator but this layout allows us to see what is actually in there. Love it. Plenty of room in the doors and the pantry door is a great feature.

Absolute Garbage

Never buy a fridge with 'ice in the door'

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my Samsung fridge with ice and water hauled off (4 years old) because the ice maker quit (a known fault). I bought this counter deep model with ice in the bottom freezer and filtered water in the upper cabinet. Great amount of refrigerator storage.

Poor quality & water leaks from day 1.

Drawers don’t close properly and worst of all interior water dispenser drips constantly… water pooling inside. Problem started day one. Warranty service unreliable- rescheduled multiple times after no show. Don’t bother spending more for this product. I never could find anything that compared to its functionality or aesthetics. Love the gray interior. The lighting -- yes, that's what I said -- is so soft and pleasing, unlike any refrigerator I've had. Loads of space and wonderful compartments.

Best counterdepth

The refrigerator is the largest in class for counterdepth… putting the water on the side and icemaker frees up tremendous space.. the door on the left has the same storage as on the right and holds all kinds of stuff like gallon milk cartons, etc. Intelligient design, best counterdepth, best warranty… I looked at all of them GE profile, Bosch, Fisher & Paykel. A couple of issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator was bought in October. Although the ice maker works fine, there is an issue with it filling up the ice bin a little too high. When we open the bottom freezer to get ice, ice is pushed out the back of the bin and falls to the floor area of the freezer. Love this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received our new refrigerator almost two weeks ago now and love it! Very roomy and cools as expected. My only concern is the ice maker. It makes so much ice thatvwhen you open the drawer sometimes ice fall over the back edge into the bottom of the freezer area. Difficult to get to for removing the stray cubes. We will just keep trying to keep the ice moved to the front of the tray. For now, I’m just turning it off when it’s full.

Beautiful KitchenAid Refrigerator

Love the look of this Refrigerator. Beautiful inside and out. Looks very high-end. The faux wood panel inside is a nice touch. Provides enough storage space for our needs. Still getting used to the inside water feature; however, I do prefer this to a door water/ice feature. Can spill water if you dont pull glass away slowly. Nicely designed refrigerator
