Disappointed - Bowl Broke
Would Not RecommendI got to use my new mixer the first time a few months ago. Was so excited but then the glass bowl broke. I started looking for a replacement and was disappointed to learn that I can’t find one. Now I can’t use my mixer. Can’t believe my husband got spent all this money on a mixer that I can no longer use. What happened Kitchen with this model?

Disappointed
Would Not RecommendI got this mixer as a Christmas gift and the bowl got broken in a car accident. I am unable to locate the replacement glass bowl so the mixer is pretty useless at this point. I almost would have to buy an entire new mixer. Other than this, I was pretty pleased with the mixer’s performance. I’m just disappointed in the lack of replacement parts.

6-qt pro series bowl cracked!
Would Not RecommendI used my mixer about a dozen times over the course of a year. I opened the cupboard one fine day to use it and the bowl was cracked. It was clipped on the base properly since being used last and it sat in a spacious cupboard with nothing but the beater stored inside the bowl. The side of my bowl cracked and broke off about three inches as well because the beater tapped it. I’m guessing this is common? Broken hearted
I was recently making cakes for the holiday, tapped the beater on the side of the bowl and the glass broke! A piece about 3 inches big just broke off. It’s impossible to find a replacement bowl, as it’s out of stock here and no retailers have it. Now I’m stuck using a hand mixer for my orders until I can find a replacement bowl.
