Blown light and stays on all time

We had a newly built home in 2020 furnished with complete KitchenAid appliances. This over the range microwave has had constant issues with replacement of the light over the stove. We've had to replace the bulb at least 5-6 times and we only have it on when cooking in the evening. The last time we replaced it with the appropriate replacement bulb, now the light stays on and no matter what we do, reset, unplug, try a different bulb, it continues to stay on and we can't turn it off so now we ca...

New Generation Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this microwave to replace a 24 year old one. I LOVE the exterior stainless steel finish, the interior which includes a turntable and rack. The buttons for specific types of microwave cooking make selections easy and provide many options. It also heats items in less time than I am use to.

Why is it not advised to use the shelf for cooking

Very disappointed in the square vs curved handle change. Why in the world would someone do this? Do the product designers and managers not have their own Kitchenaid appliances?
