Not having luck with KitchenAid appliances

First one developed a door contact issue & refused to operate ! It was cheaper to replace it then to have repaired...what a waste of $$$, product & time !!! Not happy ☹️

Very noisy. Gears bad?

Kitchenaid microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like the microwave. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the timer signal. It’s not loud enough nor distinctive enough. I burned some cookies because I didn’t hear it over the tv. My old one had a loud buzzer that I could hear throughout the house.

Great reheating feature

OLD ONE WAS GREAT THIS ONE IS BETTER

Love my Kitchen Aid

I replaced our Maytag microwave with this wonderful Kitchen Aid, because the Maytag, had some disabled parts, and was only 4 years old, but not worth fixing. Kitchen Aid has always been my favourite appliance. Everything is upgraded in comparison, from the door handle to all the features. Now I’m saving up to replace our Maytag stove to a Kitchen Aid.

Be careful when changing the light bulb

I got electrocuted trying to replace the lightbulb that lights up over your range. Went through my finger, through my body, and out my other hand. Seems if you happen to touch the metal casing you screw the lightbulb into, you will get a shock. And it makes no difference whether the light switch is in an on or off position.
