[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old Kitchen Aid with another Kitchen Aid because the old one gave me 10 years of service and never gave me a problem till it decided to die. Went back to place I bought it from and we were still in their system. Good service and they even took old one back for us. My dishwasher is Kitchen Aid and is over 10 years old now so when it goes I will also replace it with another Kitchen Aid!

Kitchenaid over range Microwave

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We have been using our microwave for over a month. Estethically it looks great. We don't find it's as powerful as our old one. The handle on the microwave isn't safe when cooking something below it, it gets very hot as it is metal ( old kitchenaid was plastic) so u have to be careful when opening the door after cooking something below it. The prev one we had , had 2 fans below it and this one only has one fan not as powerful.

Beautiful and easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this for six weeks. It is much easier for me to load with the new lower full design. That makes it much safer for me. The fan works great and is better than the previous model. I love the reheat button. The casserole choice comes up quicker which for me is good. I has a larger inside footprint while taking up the same space. It is one inch taller. This is a bonus for me as I am only 5’2”.

Excellent Features

Broken light

Solid sturdy microwave and stylish

Only changes are the handle style and the glass plate (great change it’s larger you can fit more) I did a lot of research because I was replacing our dishwasher too thought I could buy a less expensive model. Very quiet, nice features and quick press buttons

Nice sturdy handle and we really like the non-slip texture. I would have given a 5-star review, but the cooktop/night light failed in less than three months, and that’s when we discovered that one of the two little screws holding the glass cooktop/night light cover was missing. Reheat function actually works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The reheat function is really great. I do miss the option for selecting minutes of time by selecting 1, 2, 3, etc on my old microwave but otherwise, it really heats things well and popcorn function actually works.
