Light bulb switch broke in four months

The light bulb switch would not shut off so it became useless. Otherwise it works but was very disappointed to have a new appliance break down with so little time into it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an essential appliance in my kitchen. We use it predominantly to heat or reheat beverages and food items. I gave it a four because I am not confident to rely on its auto feature to know size of soups or vegetables. I prefer to program my own time and power level adding as needed. Using the ovens auto feature either cooks to long or burns my sweet potatoes.

It's a nice microwave but would be nice if you got some directions on how to use it. I have been just pushing buttons with not much success. Would like to know how to defrost frozen rolls.

Ease of installation
