Great appliance but check it for imperfections.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've wanted this for several years and finally purchased this to replace our Kitchenaid microwave. After 5 Thanksgivings without a second oven, this made a huge difference. It truly is a great appliance. The only problem is that it has a pimple defect on the front door from the inside pushing out. Once you notice it, you can unnotice it.

Bought the 5 year service contract this time

Company reimbursed us for about half of the cost of the old plus installation of new. They were pretty good to deal with. The new unit arrived and was bent (a screw was out of place) so that it couldn’t be installed flush with the cabinet. Because the cabinet was custom built we more or less were locked into same model. Just wish it would pop ALL the popcorn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this KMBP100ESS microwave! while we haven't tried every feature, it will be a big help around holidays, etc.. I didn't provide a 5 star strictly due to how it doesn't completely pop popcorn. I know it sounds trivial, but we like popcorn and the microwave leaves almost 1/2 the kernels unpopped. This full featured microwave is everything we had wanted otherwise.

Not worth it!

I hit the start button and it will cancel what I’m trying to do, it happens at least 5 times a week. I’ve tried to contact support but cannot get through to anyone.If I could return to the builder I would. Save yourself the headache.

Fantastic appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This combination microwave and convection oven is absolutely fantastic! You can cook a whole casserole or pan dish in the oven mode without heating up a wall oven. Excellent product!

Disappointing for the Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased microwave about 4 months ago, and for the price, we are not very satisfied. There are two key issues: 1) The microwave did not come with an instruction manual, which is absurd given the multiple functionalities of the unit and the price. 2) The interior light does not always go off when you close the unit, as apparently the button that turns off the light when the microwave door is closed has not been designed properly.

Disappointed

Missing features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not our first microwave, for the cost wishing it had more features. Such as memory buttons for fresh/frozen items. No suggestions for timed cooking in booklet. We would still recommend it.

Great Microwave

Glorified Microwave
