[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave works fine however the quality is nowhere near what we replaced which was also a built in KitchenAid Microwave purchased in 2007. Now I wish I had spent more money to repair the old Microwave.

Great features for both oven and microware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this unit for our house remodel. Took out double oven and put in microwave /oven. Nice unit, love the microwave above. Convection oven is great. Have not tried air fryer feature yet. Whole unit looks great and works great

Terrible Microwave for Making Popcorn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very dissatisfied with this microwave. When I pop a bag of microwave popcorn for the suggested time (2.5 to 3.0 minutes), this microwave leaves half of the popcorn kernels in the bag unpopped. If I set the timer for longer, it scorches the popcorn and still has unpopped kernels. Using this microwave for popcorn is a very frustrating and wasteful experience.

Works Great

Better instructions would be great

Still not sure if can put one of my pans directly on the turn table to bake or if have to use the tray or rack that came with. I think crisp function can only be used with the crisper pan, not 100% sure. There is no broil function, even though appears to have broil coils in top. So far no one at the 800 number knows much about it's f...

KitchenAid Built-in Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new KitchenAid built-in microwave is working well and I hope it will last longer that my other KitchenAid one that only lasted 6 years. We are a two person family and entertain moderately.

Convection microwave installation

Mediocre

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this on 12/5/24, and it was just fixed and able to use for the first time on 1/15/25. First month was "defective" per store I purchased it from and parts needed to be replaced 3x. So now, I have only used it a few times so I don't feel I can give it a review. I blame the store 100% as the installers did not install properly which I was charged extra for, and the end result was the installer did not wire properly.

Very Flexable Microwave Oven with Convection

Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 2nd Kitchenaid built in microwave. The first, purchased 21 years ago, was great and the new one is amazing. It is so easy to use and does so many things it blows me away. The sensing units are quite accurate. If you can think it this microwave can do it.

At least this one hasn't caught on fire yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this built-in microwave to replace our previous one, which malfunctioned and caught on fire. The new microwave/convection oven fits into the space where the old one was perfectly! I would have preferred an oven that was cheaper and was microwave-only, since we already have two JennAir wall convection ovens, but unfortunately KitchenAid no longer makes a microwave-only oven that would fit our cabinetry. Sad. So now I have three convect...

Poor design with safety concerns

We didn't realize the "microwave" was going to be a duel purpose microwave with convection. The door on this microwave pulls down instead of opening from the side. Because it is installed so high - above the oven - it is hard to remove hot foods out of the microwave. We are average height adults and we have to reach up OVER the opened microwave door. I...
