Replaced exact model that expired after 8 years.
Replacement was quick and easy. New alarm fit on old base, so no new screw holes in wall. Look forward to another 7-8 years of protection.

This thing is by far the best, and cost effective in comparison to other brands. I have bought multiple units and all have paid for themselves in alerting me. everyone should have at least a couple in their home. GREAT PRODUCT!!!

Nice Unit, Friendly Sales, Good Price, Fast Delivery, All important UL Label - I told my boat insurer (Live-On) that I would rather have a Kidde UL Listed residential unit that some "Marine" unit with no UL label. I am a retired PE, and have always purchased and received high quality, dependable Kidde fire alarm and fire suppression products over the years.
