Would Not RecommendI bought this just under a year ago and the button on the faucet keeps getting stuck on spray mode. Now it is permanently stuck and you can’t buy a replacement. Don’t waste your money.

Would Not RecommendWe found this item in our store but ordered online as we needed the black. We are so disappointed in Kohler as we thought it would be a good brand. Assembly went great and after installation we noticed the pressure wasn't as good as our old faucet. After 2 uses the stream now sprays everywhere and from what others are saying it will probably start leaking from other areas. We would appreciate a response from the manufacturer, otherwise we will be returning,.

HORRIBLE!!
Would Not RecommendI went from ONLY buying Kohler to NEVER buying Kohler. I am beyond disappointed with the sprayer on a Kohler Kitchen faucet. I've owned the faucet for 18 months and have replaced the sprayer 3 times because the sprayer eventually sticks in spray mode time and time again and you can't get it out of spray mode. I do not have hard water (city water) so it's not a hard water issue.

Would RecommendReceived my product in the biggest box they could find, then added no padding, packaging material so my faucet was slamming around into everything it opened up and was all out of order. There are holes and cuts in both the shipping box and Kohlers box my faucet came in. Lowes only offers this faucet in black online.
