Splashing faucet

We just installed this faucet. It looks good but the stream of water is not steady & it splashes everywhere & I have to constantly wipe that water up. Not happy with this

Flow problems

This is a nice looking faucet, however there is a problem. I'm going to contact customer support. The flow is not a solid stream it splashes and I can't disassemble the nozzle to fix the problem.

Poor quality; leaking faucet head within a couple weeks

Nice looking faucet. However, the faucet head started leaking within 2-3 weeks of installation. On top of that, the support site is terrible. Try finding info on how to troubleshoot this. So, now I'm stuck with the decision to either uninstall, return to Lowe's, and reinstall, or keep trying to find a way to troubleshoot this issue.

Lousy spray

It is a good looking faucet but does not spray smooth at all. I tried to take the head apart to see if maybe it had an obstruction but i don't think you can disassemble it.

Beautiful faucet

Disappointed

This is a nice-looking faucet and it was relatively straightforward to install; however, the quality seems to be lacking. Various parts and the soap dispenser are made of plastic. Additionally, there are two production/engineering fails. 1) To activate the faucet's spray function the button must be continuously pressed, which is a major disappointment. 2) The water supply lines are only about 24" long, which was too short for my needs. Great features

It makes my kitchen look so modern and look clean. I love the fact that it pulls down and it’s easier to clean my sink with. I will definitely be buying another one in the near future for our other kitchen.

Great Faucet

Easy Install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Relatively easy install, specially for me!! My husband usually helps with this type of project, but he was not able to this go around. I easily removed the former faucet, etc and installed this one without major hiccups and it is very pretty and practical!

nice pro faucet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am redoing my kitchen and got this faucet for my sink . I love it ! It was not to hard to hook up . Took maybe half an hour . And it is gorgeous ! It works wonderful and I have already received so many compliments . It almost makes doing dishes fun . For the price, you can’t beat it ! It’s professional quality .

Does not work as intended

Faucet overall works well, with one exception. Right out of the box, whenever the sprayer is pulled away from the docking arm, the magnet that secures the sprayer to the docking arm pulls out with the sprayer. The magnet is obviously designed to remain securely in the docking arm when the sprayer is removed, however it fails to do so.
