Spraying water from main body

I have had this faucet for just under two years, and unfortunately, water is now spraying from the main body just below the spray nozzle mounting arm. Additionally, the spray nozzle button is sticking. I contacted customer service, and while they are sending replacement parts, I won't receive them for 7-10 days. Leaks out the bottom and the handle

I tried to post a recipe on how this faucet will not stop leaking and wrote a very detailed review. But because the review was only 1 star it would not post.

Sprayhead Not Working after 5 months

I love the overall function of this faucet when working correctly. However after only 4-5 months of use the spray head won't bounce back and the spray continues to spray. It's almost like the button get stuck, but even when you "unstuck it" it won't switch back over. I am not pleased with this issue, especially because it looks like this is a consistent issue with other reviews.

Leaking In Less Than A Year

Great-looking faucet that hasn’t held up. Water now leaking from handle and base of the faucet. Very disappointed as I trusted the Kohler brand and it was not inexpensive.

Wont switch to stream

I purchased the Kohler Ealing Faucet with high expectations due to its premium price. However, after only a few weeks of use, the sprayer malfunctioned and would not revert to the stream mode, despite multiple cleanings. Additionally, I found the Kohler website to be UN-user friendly, and I was unable to locate a replacement head. Consequently, I am now faced with the need to purchase another kitchen faucet. I am very disappointed.

Failed after a year - Poor quality

Loved the design, loved the faucet…. For the first year. Now I have to buy a new faucet! The Kohler Ealing faucet we installed started leaking last week and after looking for several hours to find replacement parts I’ve given up.

Easy Install & Great Looking

Easy install and looks great! Hose retracts nicely and attaches magnetically. It looks more like a very dark chocolate brown than black.

Well made

Shipped in 3 days. Pickup at store went smooth. Installed perfectly. Good height, sturdy. Only complaint is that theres no button to lock the sprayer in the on position. You have to hold down the sprayer button. Otherwise I love it. Definitely much better quality than most of the others we looked at.

Water flow issues

Wish I read the reviews here before purchasing. Like the look of the faucet and the Kohl’s name usually represents quality but this model is NOT IT. Besides the water flow issues that any faucet can have I’m having a major issue with the mixing valve in the faucet/temperature controls (hot water pressure is very low and is cut off .25 in to the handle turn, by the time you turn to mid point you have zero hot water and high cold water pressure). Bad Sprayer

I have had this faucet for just about 2 years now and have gone through 2 new ones along with 7, SEVEN sprayer handles. They admittedly state its a bad sprayer where the button gets stuck and won't go back to full stream. Granted the CS department is awesome and send me a new one every time I call but at this rate, why not just give me a credit or offer an upgraded assembly. not so great

I purchased this faucet back in April and it looks so pretty yet it only lasted until December. It started to leak and water everywhere. I had to call a plumber and I was told it might need a cartridge. So I will not give it a good rating at all.
