Heavy material

Not quite as nice looking as I expected looking at the picture. It definitely will be nicer than the cheap builder grade I have now , but was hoping for a bit better. Nice heavy material, very sturdy.

Attractive and functional

Well designed so they look attractive and are functional. Make sure they’re the size you need, although they are customizable within limits. Good value for a quality product.

Nice device

Pretty sturdy, easy to install and i like that its pretty flush to the floor compared to other more traditional registers plus the omnidirectional blades help spread your hvac out more evenly. I just need to find a piece of flooring that matches mine now.

Integrates floor vent cover.

A very nice in-floor vent cover, only issue is my own (one must know the exact vent size, as these are NOT one size fits all). I have two different sized vent/s in our house and unfortunately neither of them are the exact 4" X 12" that this product is. All that being said I was able to fit it down into one of the bigger vent holes and found that it fits (width) quite nicely and has a nice low bevel that doesn't stick up to catch foot, rugs etc....

Plastic Floor Vent

The floor vent is made out of plastic. The toggle piece to open and close the vent is made of plastic and will probably break bc it is a floor vent and will get stepped on by shoes with heals or worse case scenario your heals get stuck in vent. It does not come with the wood insert piece that is pictured. So, you will have to make your own which some consumers might not be able to do. It does come with a template for the cutout piece.

I love these vents! My old metal vents scratched my floors (touched up with wax pens) and were a bit larger, and to me less attractive. The vents are a bit smaller, and if you have leftover flooring material are a breeze to install.

Floor Register that does not register.

Beautiful Black Vent

Great new style floor vent , can even cover with wood floor in the middle but I like it black easy to clean. Very sturdy and fits great . Can be open and closed.

Stylish but efficient airflow!

This is a nifty and cool inset for people who have wood floors and even people who may have limited wood floors. It’s entirely comprised on the condition that you should have excellent airflow while making it stylish. I unfortunately did not have an extra piece (I’m looking for my spare boxes) to install inside this air flow, but overall the flow even when testing it with cardboard surpassed my expectations of air flow. Neat idea for a floor grate. It looks very professional and modern when you add the piece of floor on the middle. Decent air flow. Seems like it will hold up to wear.

Very Nice Modern Register

The older metal registers overtime have rusted and don't open & close like they should. We were looking for an modern update to finish our very modern flooring and this product worked perfectly! The install was very easy, the register for the opening tightly and the piece of flooring needed to insert into the register was easily cut using the template. The pictures will justify why the modern look certainly outweigh the older metal option we moved on from.

Great quality- easy to install

Very easy to install into the floor. Made of sturdy materials but also has a stylish look to it with the edges. It's very easy to open and close the vent by moving the lever to the right or left. I personally wanted to use this to close off a vent in my living room that is almost right under the closet door. Pretty neat idea for vents

This is a pretty neat idea for vents. The fit was spot on, dropped right in. It seems well made and can be closed. I am going to make a blank for it from different materials so I can change the look.

Floor Register is easy to install, very few tools needed to complete this project. Black Register with the custom tile to match your floor for a perfect match.

Poorly Designed

Terrible Design, blocks air flow, made out of cheap plastic, poorly designed, unless you saved a piece of your flooring than this product will not work for you

Great idea, not great execution.

We were trying to come up with an idea to redo our vents in our house. This is a great idea but we're not a big fan of the big gap all the way around it and the plastic doesn't feel very durable. Would be nervous to step squarly on it.

Grate lacking

Inte grates - drop in floor grates are cheap plastic looking grates. Although you can cut a piece of your flooring to drop into the grate, it lacks any professional look or feel to it. I might choose to use it in a rental project but never in a nice home

Excellent design and made to be matched to floor

Register was packaged very well and all parts needed for installation were included. The color and finish is great out the box but are made to be matched to floor. This unit will match the style and color scheme in my rental house. It is very well made for the price.
