Very Nice Mirror

We are very pleased with the mirror. It looks very nice, the quality is good and the installation was easy enough.

We have an oak vanity and small oak cabinet in our bathroom and the mirror matches perfectly. It is sturdy and was easy to hang. It looks nice and the mirror is great - no distortions. We love it.

Nice bang for the buck

Bought to match Kraftmaid cabinets with honeyspice finish. Very close match at a fraction of the cost. Well made. Solid wood. Wife happy.

Love it!

This medicine cabinet is great! Hubby installed it....went easy. I was pleasantly surprised to find that just the glass portion opens and not the whole frame. Which makes the cabinet just fit with our vanity light. Even though it worked out for us with just the glass opening, I wish it was mentioned in the description.

Color is much darker than pictured.

A couple of months ago I purchased a couple of other mirrors about the same size from Lowes and I feel they are a better quality item and much better value. Also, the color is much darker than the sample picture.

Poor Quality Workmanship

I purchased this item for storage above the toilet in a small bathroom. The style, color, and dimensions matched the decor and size of the bathroom. Despite the flaws I'm about to mention, our options were somewhat limited - thus we ended up keeping it after making several repairs. It is relatively sturdy and meets our storage needs. Love Love Love this!

We bought this to match our vanity/sink combo (from lowes) and I love it. It's huge inside and sits completely flush against the wall. Wood is a good quality. The only slight drawback is that with this type of cabinet, you have to touch the mirror to open and it leaves fingerprints. But that is to be expected with this type of medicine cabinet. We had our contractor install, so I can't comment on ease of installation.

Worst Purchase Ever

I was not pleased with this cabinet -- one of the door panels was missing. The side panels were not finished. Overall the workmanship was very poor. The cabinet was unusable. The cabinet did not look like picture advertised on line. The cabinet was the worst piece of junk I ever ordered on line. I do not recommend this product. Even at the price this was not a good value, very cheap looking and poor quality.

Fell apart in just two months!

Nice looking cabinet, but after only two months of daily use, the mirror door fell off the cabinet! Luckily I caught it before it hit the floor. The little plastic bushing under the hinge had already worn out and disintegrated, allowing the door to drop far enough that it falls out of the hinge pivot hole at the top. This could lead to serious injury if the mirror broke. On a side note, realize that the door latch is one of those push-to-latch, push-to-release magnetic latches that works nice, ...

Insignia no help at all

I just received the cabinet and due to a mix up received the wrong style doors. I called the company , Insignia, to try to switch out the doors and solve the problem but they would not help. In fact they were snotty about it. I called Lowe's and got immediate help. Had to reorder the correct cabinet but in the end I'll get what I wanted. My suggestion to Lowe's would be to make it easier to find all of the styles available when ordering online. Web site was a little confusing.

Broken upon delivery

This cabinet is built to today's standards...with particle board and staples. It will simply fall apart. It arrived broken due to a fork lift accident. The delivery driver from Lowe's went out of his way to help and get that problem remedied. The Lowe's supervisor also offered several help options which was apprecited. The Insignia company was no help what so ever. Shop Lowe's just don't buy this product.

Poorly made, fell off the wall

The box said "surface mount" or "wall mount". I decided to wall mount it, so I did not have to cut a hole in the wall. Although we used clip mounts to hold it on; the cardboard backing was not stapled properly to the cabinet itself. After about 3 weeks of using the "pop open" latch.....I heard a huge crash: the whole thing, and all it's contents were on the floor, in a very expensive crash. I do not recommend this product for anyone!

Poorly made

The cabinet came with laminate board that had to be applied to the sides of the cabinet. We used liquid nails and it still wouldn't stick, plus you had to cut the pieces to fit. The bottom part did not have a back on it, but the top one did. It was easy to switch the shelf height but once the doors were switched to the other side, they didn't hang as well.

average quality

The mirrors look nice in my bathroom but they are not finished very nicely. Average quality-average price, you get what you paid for.

Warning: Mirror is not framed

This item looks pretty good at first glance. However, the mirror is unframed. I'd be concerned that the unframed mirror door would be prone to breakage. I returned the item before trying to install the hinges, etc. but I see in another review that the actual installation is difficult.

Do NOT order this cabinet in NM

I ordered this cabinet in Natural Maple. The product delivered was very ugly since the door insets were very grayish and did not match the body of the cabinet at all. I reordered and received another ugly cabinet, so I cancelled the entire transation. This cabinet seems sturdy and maybe it would be ok in another color, but Natural Maple just doesn't work.

Nice Mirror for the budget minded

Quality of the mirror was better than other mirrors I had looked at locally. Would have been nice if seperate hangers would have been included to customize mounting location, though adding hangers is simple with the sturdiness of the mirror frame.

Looks great!

The cabinet looks great with my new remodeled bathroom. The only criticism would be that it could use another shelf (two included). Even though it is taller than my previous cabinet it has the same number of shelves. This is fine if you have tall things to put in it but with short bottles there is a lot of wasted space. The pop open mirror works great.

not happy

Returned product. I thought it was a framed mirror that opened like the picture shows but it is not. You have to put the mirror on yourself and my mirror was off about 1/4 on both the top and bottom. Very disappointed, not at all what I thought I was getting.

Poor Directions, Poor Packaging

Product was delivered with internal packages opened causing screws and hardware to spill every where in the box. The directions offered very little guidance on how to assembly the product. Pre-drilled shelf support holes are not aligned inside the cabinet causing the shelves to wobble.
