"Furniture Board.....my opinion

During my lifetime I have had/used many pieces of furniture, including some made of what is now elegantly described as "furniture board". Not suitable for bathroom

The mirror looked okay coming out of the box but when placed side by side over bathroom sinks it was way to much wood. If the frame size was smaller, more flat or used over a single sink rather than double sinks, it would have worked fine. The wood quality was so-so but rough in spots. Also, the mirror image was not clear from about 5 ft. Picked up 1 day, set by sinks to determine look, returned next day!

Nice Vanity

I had to special order this item because they do not carry it in the store. It took about three weeks to receive. It came fully assembled and ready to install. Once I got it out of the box, it was leveled, secured to the wall, and the sink/granite top was installed in less than an hour. The only issue I have with this vanity is the sides do not have the white coat like the front. The sides are just the brown particle board, so I had to paint them white. Pricey but excellent design

Drawers slide easily, almost seamless assembly. Looks very nice installed. Con: Fills and scribe are not 96" but 72". RSI sales kitchen cabinets at another store in the same colors and you can get the fill, scribe and crown molding, kick panel in the correct sizes and much cheaper. Thought this was going to be an install disaster till I accidently stumbled on the parts I needed. Perfectly happy but poorer for my purchase.

Missing Pieces, Poor Quality

The protective packaging was the best part about this cabinet. The laminate on the top detail trim was peeling off right out of the box. It was also missing both the wood mounting strip and one of the three shelves. I'm stuck with this cabinet because, for the price, it was the only one that I could find that fit the odd shape of my space, but otherwise I am pretty disappointed.

Picture is inaccurate, so read details carefully!

This cabinet is overpriced for what you get. The picture leads you to believe it has crown molding and knobs for door and drawers, but none of that is included. For the price, it should be what is pictured. The cabinet is well made, but be prepared to pay too much and wait for 3+ weeks to get it. Very slow shipping.

insignia 36 inch vanity

This vanity has no room on the side of the door in which to open it, if installed against a wall ! The same is true of the wall hutch. The doors are flush with the side. How can anyone design something like this. We are going to have to improvise someway, or the door will not open.

Colors do not match what is shown in the picture

I was trying to match colors with an existing vanity. Unfortunately the color of the door shown on the web did not look anything like what was delivered. The delivered piece was substantially darker than what I expected. I plan to order another color which will hopefully better match. Otherwise the piece seems to be a decent value though some assembly is required.

end panel not cut to size

i was a little disappointed that the end panel was not cut -they were ordered left and right but i still had to cut the to size

Poor quality product

This medicine chest is junk! The instructions were difficult to follow for putting together and installing. All of the shelves were missing and the number of screws, etc. were incorrect. The product itself is flimsy and not well made. For $150.00 one would expect more. I kept the product because it fits the limited area I have available in a second bathroom, but I think I should have tried harder to find something else.

Extremely Aggravated Contractor....My Husband!

My husband is in the trades and just finished a bathroom remodel in our home. We have been very happy with the look and quality of all the items we've purchased at Lowe's with the exception of this medicine cabinet. Nice looking, but poor design

This vanity is a conventional face frame construction, which is fine. What they did not do is make the drawer fronts the correct size: I bought this vanity to fit between two walls 48" apart, It does fit, but the drawer fronts scrape against the wall. In addition, the oversize drawer fronts cause the doors to rub against the drawer fronts when the doors are opened completely. A drawer front that is just a half inch smaller on each side would fix the problem. If I can't get the attention of this ...

Beautiful Mirror

This mirror was hung horizontally rather than vertically in my new guest bathroom. It fits the space perfectly and looks very nice. I purchased online and the wood is lighter than in the photo. Also, you cannot really tell from the photo that the glass has bezeled edges and the frame has lovely woodgrain. In other words, the real thing looks nicer than the photo! I'm very pleased with the way it looks in my new home.

Not a good purchase

This vaniity does not look like picture, did not have sides, toekick or hardware, beautiful color wood but incomplete and when I purchased the vanity I was not informed that it was incomplete, it shows knobs on picture, very deceiving, the drawers are small too. I am disappointed .

Cheaply made

Due to the location of my pipes, this was the only white vanity I could find with drawers on the left. At $351, the price was a premium over the other vanities we looked at with drawers on right. After waiting weeks to get it, we found that it had exposed particle board sides instead of the satin white finish to go with the front. 26 in. Dark Surface Mount Medicine Cabinet

Unit is not built very well. For the money I expected a much nicer product. The finish is rough, as is the wood that the sides,top & bottom of the unit. The mirror is very basic (the edges could have been beveled). I am very dissappointed with this unit and I will replace it as soon as I find something better. I will not use Lowe's Special Order option again.

Looks Good, but

Ease of install for moderate experience is OK. Aside from the fronts and some plywood structual parts, most everything else is pressed wood. The side and toe kick panels (which you have to glue on) appears to be made of very thin veener over some kind of processed paper. There is extremly limited adjustment room on doors and drawers. Because I was replacing an existing recessed medicine cabinet that required almost exactly the same size opening, the installation was very easy. The cabinet arrived in good condition and was well packaged. It appears to be fairly well made and there were no issues with assembling it.
