Would Recommendnice dispenser, but the dispenser handle has a little too much play in it. Only time will tell if its sturdy and does not start dripping because of its (side to side) play..

Amazing product
Would RecommendWe recently moved and absolutely had to have this instant hot water dispenser in our new house...our old house had it and while we thought it was neat, we never would have guessed how indespensible it was in our kitchen. For years we used it to quickly sanitize baby bottles and toys that found their way in our kids mouths (as they so often do). Beyond that, I use it any time I'm boiling water (it cuts down boil time in at least half), and I continue to sanitize various items with it. And I LOVE ...

plastic taste
Would RecommendWe had the exact same model in our prior house and it was great, never had any issues with performance or taste of the water. Bought for new house, had it installed and could never get the plastic taste to go away. We have run hot water through it many times. Unplugged it and are not even using it. Need to pull it out and return it but just haven't gotten around to it. I don't know if it's cheaper parts than 5 years ago when we bought the last one or what, but it's disappointing.

A Need To Have
Would RecommendFor those people who use hot tea or instant coffee or any other product that uses hot water, this product is an impressive way to simply your life! Installation was fairly simple for a bit advanced handyman.

This product is easy to use.
Would RecommendThe location of the handle is convenient. The previous Insinkerator "Instant Hot" did not last . It was installed just under 3 years ago and it had a button, rather than a handle which often got stuck and is why I chose this model.

Fantastic Product but expensive
Would RecommendI have bought 4 of these over the past 25 years. They are an excellent product and easy to install. However, I believe they have gotten expensive.

difficult to install
Would Not RecommendNot sure how it works. Could not install it. The supply hoses attached to the unit are relatively short and not replaceable. You need to be able to install the storage tank essentially just beneath the faucet hole in your cabinet. Due to other plumbing fixtures in my cabinet, I was planning on placing the storage tank on the opposite side of the cabinet from the faucet hole. No luck. This should be listed up front, or extension kits should be made available.

It works well and does what it is supposed to do.
Would RecommendOne problem. This is a replacement for an old InSinkErator hot water dispenser. The diameter of the spigot base is slightly larger than previous versions.and it is a bit of a challenge to enlarge the hole in a granite counter top..

Works as advertised
Would RecommendThere is a limitation for installation with regard to to length of the water hose and electric cord. We were able to work around ok. The product works very well for all hot water needs.

Hot water when needed
Would RecommendWe purchased the instant hot water dispenser because every morning we were needing HOT water for either oatmeal, tea or coffee. The coffee maker turned into just making hot water. I hated it. We installed the dispenser and it has been amazing. First, there is no clunky coffee maker taking up space on the counter, just the french coffee press. Second everyone has hot water whenever they need it. It's great. The only complaint I have is the water lines/ power cord for the unit is to short. We had ...

It works as it should but expensive !
Would RecommendInSinkErator needs a good competitor. It works great but it is expensive for what it is. That is why I gave it 4 stars not 5.

A Must-Have for us
Would RecommendWe use our instant hot water dispenser every day. Perfect for a quick cup of tea or for cooking applications that require hot water. We had it installed in our new construction home by a professional plumber. Other than the tight quarters under the sink, he didn't seem to have any trouble with it. We've been using it now for one year with no problems. Love it!

The product is performing well with instant hot water any time I need it.
Would RecommendThe hot water dispenser has been a great and effective kitchen feature for our family for decades. It is aesthetically pleasing and matches our other appliances. I use it for on-the-go instant tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Very handy item to have and I can't live without it.

We like this particular dispenser H-Wave
Would RecommendWe had another Insinkerator hot water dispenser with a button to push instead of a lever. We had it exactly 2 years and it started leaking and would not stop. We called the help line and they tried to help us but the leaking would not stop. Unfortunately we were out of warranty so we had to buy a new one. This new one has been installed about a month and we love it. We find we prefer the lever and so far it works perfectly.

The handle on the Wave is easy to operate, even with wet hands. Great for a hot cup of tea or anytime you need hot water instantly.
Would RecommendI have had an Insinkerator Hot Water Dispenser with the turn knob for 35 years and knew I needed a hot water dispenser for my remodeled kitchen. I selected the Wave for the contemporary styling, brushed nickel finish, and the lever control. It would be nice if the water stopped instantly when one releases the lever but I am getting use to releasing it prior to the time I want the water to stop. It also would be nice if the extra piece on the end of the spout was more contemporary. The small prof...

Good product but hard to install
Would RecommendTo everyone that wants to buy this. It’s a great product. First of all the installation wasn’t as easy as you would think. The directions are not 123. It’s more like reading a college thesis. Also It was missing parts. It didn’t come with a cupler or extra line to connect to my original water line. The copper was really hard to bend but we made it work. I also had to run to Lowes to get a drill hole saw to drill hole for installation but that was my fault for not having one. You almost need a pl...
