This unit is a replacement for a unit I installed about 12 years ago. This unit is a top quality product and meets all our needs. Installation is very easy and would expect a least 12 good years. Thanks for a great product. Chass.

A little slow heating up

Sometimes water comes out hot, but not as hot as it would if I let it run for a few seconds

Copper too short

Copper supply pipe was too short. I had to add a 9" extension. It's fortunate I knew how to do this, and had materials in my house to complete the task.

Excellent product

This is my second insinkerator instant hot water and I'm very pleased with the products performance. Thank you.

Good Product

I like the product. My only complaint is that the faucet is not very high. It is about 3 inches lower than my old one.

The product works great

The product works really well and given its under the sink its out of the way. No more big water cooler in the kitchen.

Works Great

This one replaced another one that looked very similar. Only wish they would last longer. Had hard time tightening down the on/off valve but the plumber finally figured it out. Just hope this lasts longer!

Looks nice but substandard pressure

I an not a professional plumber, I just do all the work around the house by necessity. Installation was straightforward and directions were easy to follow. I am sure it has been installed correctly. When first installed, it emitted blasts of hot water and air which is to be expected. This occurred even if the handle had not been engaged. Great product

This item was to replace a previous hot water heater (same brand and similar model) which lasted 6 years. We love the convenience of the instant hot water. Our particular installation was a difficult one due to location.

Wonderful hot water tap

My family is excited to be able to have tea / coffee far quicker now that we no longer need to boil water. The install took longer than I thought because adapters weren't an option as I had to replace the angle stop on the pipe. Now that I have the filter, heater and tap installed it's wonderful and matches my faucet rather well in style and finish.

We are super happy with our hot water dispenser, I recommend it!

This product is easy to use

I am enjoying having hot water at my whim. The water is hot but I have found that it doesn't seem quite as hot as if I boiled it...not sure of the temp but it is plenty hot for the many cups of tea I drink.

This product never lets you down.

Every time we purchase a property, this is one of the first appliances to be installed. It’s our fourth one.

Hot Water Again

Bending the copper tube is the most intimidating part of the installation. I had to use a Dremel tool to widen installation hole. Selection in big box stores is way too limited regarding style and finish. I had to order online. Works very well and I would recommend this product. At this point, I know nothing about the longevity of the product.

It works as advertised with no issues.

At my first DIY installadion it took me a bit longer than I thought it would, however, I had to remove it again to gain access to my under sink hot water heater and the removal and replacement was really easy once I understood it more. Better than I thought!

This one is excellent

My first one would flow only a trickle of water. Thanks for the replacement. The new one gives a nice stream of hot water--just what we bought it to do.

We hardly ever hear the dispenser. Love the one touch lever.

We had the previous one with the twist top. My wife had a problem with that but got use to it. Now she loves the one touch lever. Also we noted that we don't get the air sputtering like we did with the older unit. Perhaps that will start with age or not.

We enjoy the convenience of this product

This is our second one. The first lasted about six years. It is expensive but we will continue ordering them as long as we can afford to. Our kitchen hot water faucet takes forever to bring in hot water so we use this product a lot; to heat our coffee cups, to run very hot water to soak food pans, etc. It is all about the convenience. I did not get a filter with the first one and there is a filter installed on this one so perhaps it will last longer this time.
